Dr Patel and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for. My hygienist, Julia, is hands-down the most gentle and skilled I've ever experienced - she made my cleaning completely comfortable and pain-free. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and truly listens. They took time to discuss which dental procedures would work best for me and thoughtfully considered my health concerns. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling confident about my care. I highly recommend Dr. Patel's office to anyone looking for a caring, patient-centered dental practice!

I went from never smiling for photo to always smiling and having massive confidence thanks to my my wonderful Dentist Dr. Patel from Vitalize Dental and his amazing staff! I just love all of them..My first point of contact 2 years ago was Claudia and let me tell you something she is on top of things! She always send you reminders.. goes over things with you ..love them all..my girl Julia with her magical name and hands…charity is so sweet and is the insurance guru too.. He truly has the best staff.. Make an appointment asap..they will change your life!!!

I did not feel heard during my visit. When I tried to explain my concerns, the dentist was dismissive and did not seem interested in listening to what I had to say. Even if a dentist is skilled technically, taking the time to listen to a patient is an important part of professional care. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

I was a new patient at this provider, having previously been a patient at a different dental practice. Here’s my perspective. The service I received was excellent from the beginning to the end. I appreciated the straightforward and honest guidance, with no upselling. Ultimately, the advice provided by the team is yours to consider based on your treatment plan. The entire team feels like family to the provider, which is evident from the video presentations and photos displayed in the waiting area. These materials showcase the strong bond among the professionals outside of their practice and assure patients that everything is handled in a trustworthy and genuine manner. I am fully committed to this journey, and I wish I had found them earlier; however, it’s never too late to make a positive change.

I owe this man a proper and honest review. I left him a poor review unfairly due to a decision they made that I felt was insulting but they were really just looking out for my well being. I feel like an idiot This place and the people are really very nice and professional. Very well kept. Everyone knows your name and goes the extra mile to accommodate you. Even before my procedure was done, the Dr. personally talked and walked me through everything he was doing to me and was adamant about making sure I was comfortable and had no pain. They were all so nice, even after I was an unbearable a-hole. lol. Very quick to tend to my needs and make sure I physically and mentally had everything I needed. The Dr. even told me I was going to hate him after my procedure, until I healed up. I guess when a medical professional tells you something you should probably listen cuz they were listening in all their years of schooling and know what they’re talking about.🤦🏻 Anyway, 10/10. I am honestly very happy with them.

I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist… in the PAST! I found this amazing office when I stopped in delivering food 3 years ago. Since my first appointment, I have nothing but good things to say about this team of special team that Dr. Patel has put together! There is something so important about walking into an office and instantly you feel cared about. Not just my teeth, but my whole being, they care! Dr. Patel makes the whole “going to the dentist” not feel like a chore or nightmare. He cares and wants what’s best. He shows you what needs to be taken care of and gives you options. Julia, my hygienist… she is an absolute delight! We’ve chatted life, she remembers what’s been going on, checks in on the dating life, and we chat pets always! The office team is great too! Always just a text away. And you can tell they enjoy their place of work and the patients. That’s rare. I love this place, and will always pick a 40 minute drive each way, just to see them!! I haven’t trusted anyone else, and won’t. Y’all are stuck with me!! Thank you team!!
