Fantastic service! They fit me in urgently, had very reasonable pricing, and the whole staff was extremely friendly. They gave me options, and were upfront and transparent about pricing and trade offs. I was quoted $900 for the repair I needed from a different orthodontist, and this office was able to do the same thing for $60.

The staff was very sweet and accommodating. They were quick and efficient. Explained everything well and made sure I was comfortable. I already recommended a friend to come check them out - Payton B.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Vivid! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Matt, the receptionist, and the assistants especially Jackie are incredibly professional, always making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my treatment. It was a great visit overrall and I recommend it highly.

Very happy with the experience here today. It was very smoothly and I came for a consult and was hoping I could get braces the same day and I was able too!! Made me very happy. I loved the lady that was working with me! (Morgan) and Dr Matt Smith was very helpful and awesome!!! We did have a slight issue with the financial lady not being very friendly like the others. But other then that it was great and I’m so excited to start my journey to my new smile!😊
