Vivid Orthodontics

I started off as a patient in Fleming Island and I loved it. However the young lady that use to work on my left the practice, and the new person was horrible. She snipped my lip each time she tightened my braces. When they were ready to move I just asked that my braces be removed which was 6 month early, but I refuse to keep dealing with this girl. Now my teeth are shifting and I wasted $4,000 which is sad. But Dr. Smith (Dr Cool Shoes) was great.

Fantastic service! They fit me in urgently, had very reasonable pricing, and the whole staff was extremely friendly. They gave me options, and were upfront and transparent about pricing and trade offs. I was quoted $900 for the repair I needed from a different orthodontist, and this office was able to do the same thing for $60.

The staff was very sweet and accommodating. They were quick and efficient. Explained everything well and made sure I was comfortable. I already recommended a friend to come check them out - Payton B.

If you are looking for a friendly, family, very reasonably priced orthodontist this is the place to go. I can’t say one ill thing about them. From the receptionist to the techs and finally the orthodontist, they were all wonderful. I am glad I chose them.

Dr. Smith & staff has been amazing!! Dr. Smith took over the practice I initially started treatment with. He listened to my concerns and smile expectations. I can say I am pleased with my smile. Did I forget to mention he perfected my entire family’s smile, giving my teenage daughters that extra boost of confidence when they smile or speak. Communication is key and his staff are all friendly and communicates promptly and professionally. The office atmosphere is immaculate from the front to the back. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Vivid! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Matt, the receptionist, and the assistants especially Jackie are incredibly professional, always making sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my treatment. I LOVE Vivid Orthodontics!! The team here is truly incredible and cannot recommend them enough. Not only has Dr. Matt helped me achieve my perfect smile, he’s now helping my son reach his!! Whenever I come the staff is always so welcoming, ESPECIALLY Skylar at the front desk. She is exceptionally spot on and always chats with my son to calm him down before he sees the doc.
