I only went here because my insurance recently switched. The dental assistant was very nice, but I feel the office tries to swindle you out of $$$. My son was told he needed a deep clean and would be charged $67 extra dollars for this. When I complained that they should have checked with me first, they finally agreed to remove the charge. Today I received a bill for $88/patient. My insurances covers preventative care/cleanings at 100%. That is what we were there for. No cavities, no problems- there should have been no charge. Apparently the office took over the allotted amount of xrays. My family and I will not be back!

I’m extremely happy with the care I received at this dental clinic. The team is professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They made sure I understood my treatment options and never felt rushed. The environment is clean and modern, which added to my comfort. Excellent service and outstanding results—I highly recommend this clinic.

I do not recommend anyone seek dental service from this establishment or any affiliates. Walk-In Dental Clinics/Honest Smiles Nashville need to be investigated by the Tennessee Board of Dentistry.

Absolutely garbage business!!! All the good reviews on here I promise are total lies!!!! Never been treated so harshly. Or had a doctor or dentist make me cry and feel like i did them dirty by telling them my concerns about the fitting of my dentures .. they literally made me some donkey dentures! I have never seen dentures with gums so long! And when told to bite down I couldn't due to the front being so long and big. Then on one side of my mouth the teeth in the back touched , one the other side you could literally put ur pinky in between them. They where so far off the lady was trying to cock my jam sideways and etc to make them work but after 3 hours of this she decided they was too far off to adjust. So they set an appointment with the male dentist. I literally waited an hour for him jus to come in lean me back in put them in and when I expressed how the front top wasn't even close to touching my gums he very rudely and unprofessionally said "well they are fake teeth so there not gonna feel real or look real, but I see there's just no making you happy so ok" as I'm crying my eyes out trying tell him I could be happy, they jus didn't fit and he just walked out. Then came back and proceeded to try make me feel bad that he would have to send them back in and he'd be out a couple hundred dollars. Told me good luck finding some one that would make them after he sends in his report. And in pics below, the 2nd photo the teeth are laying flat... knotice how completely crocked they are! NEVER EVER CONSIDER REFERRING ANYONE . . NOT EVEN A TOOTHLESS DONKEY, THESE TEETH BE A PERFECT FIT FOR!!

Best dentist I've been to in a while...heard my concerns blocked off a whole day for my 3 root canals took great care of me. Addressed my concerns . 10/10 would recommend. Dr.shaw was awesome and his assistant was awesome too!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Day. Her professionalism and sensitivity when handling her patients shows how much she cares about what she does. I would HIGHLY recommend her for anyone searching for a dentist, especially for those who struggle with dental anxiety. You will not regret putting your care in her hands!

I left maybe 30 minutes ago. Dr Day performed an extraction on a tooth with an exposed nerve. She didn’t advise me prior to the local anesthesia that this procedure should be done by an oral surgeon. She instead placed the needle directly INTO THE EXPOSED NERVE. I was in EXCRUCIATING pain and when I exclaimed and moved my arms from the dental assistant who was trying to hold my arms down, Dr Day told me she wouldn’t perform the procedure if I’m going to be “combative”. Very distasteful. Also, had I not stopped her from running away after the tooth was taken out, she would’ve forgot to place the sutures I paid an extra $115 for. I hope the idea that black people have higher pain tolerances didn’t play a part in her decision to place the needle DIRECTLY into the exposed nerve. These days, you never know. Front desk was nice.
