The Family of Walton dentist are very kind, and thorough. My whole family has been going to Walton for years. The facilities are clean and modern, and the staff are all wonderful!

Dr. Danelle, is easily the best dentist I have ever had. She takes time to explain issues clearing, including a cracked tooth caused by TMJ and all of my options. Today when I was getting my night guard fitted she made time to check my bite, even though my apt was supposed to be with the assistant. I really appreciate her thoroughness and care. Highly recommend.

Very skilled and friendly dentist. Reasonably priced. Krissy and Miguel are super professional. This business is awesome.

Although others have noted issues, I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been to numerous dentists in Austin due to my bad teeth. Meaning, anything you can probably get done to your teeth, I’ve done it. Walton Family Dentistry is by far the best here in ATX. I tell all my family and friends about this place. Anxiety is a close friend of mine, and when I come here they always make me feel at home, ask me if I’m comfortable and ensure I stay that way. Thanks guys for always looking out!

Literally the best experience I have had with an dental office. The communication from the front desk, regarding scheduling and insurance was amazing. Everyone was very thorough with making sure I understood everything. Hygienist, assistant and Dr. Kyle were all amazing. Again, great communication through out the entire process and you can tell they enjoy working for the company.

Walton Family Dentistry was my first dentist when I moved to Austin. Despite moving far out of the neighborhood over 2 years ago, I continued to make the drive, because they were kind and responsive. This summer, I was informed via a text that my cleaning appointment was cancelled because I had to miss my previous periodontist appointment with another provider. I cancelled with weeks notice. This was not a "no show" situation. I didn't want to, but it was necessary. And I figured life would go on as normal and I would get back on schedule with my dentist appointment going forward.. But the people who book the appointments at Walton Family Dentistry cancelled me with no notice and said I could not make an appointment because the periodontist would be contacting me to schedule an appointment there. They did not. I pleaded my case, to no avail. But I was met with absolute refusal to work with my situation in any way. I was not even allowed to message Dr. Kyle to explain the situation. Just on principle I am not going back. I think the dental care was fine. But the office staff are just a little too impressed with themselves. I am still incredulous over the experience.

This is how a dental practice should be - excellent by every metric. I do not like to visit the doctor, however, I am very discerning about who takes care of my teeth; and there is only one dentist I trust implicitly with my teeth - Dr. Walton. In fact, I upgraded my insurance plan to see Dr. Walton...and is worth EVERY penny. Excellent and professional scheduling and reception. Excellent and professional dental hygienists. A sparkling clean, brand-new, bespoke clinic with the latest in dental technology. Most of all, there is Dr. Walton - to ensure my teeth remain in good health through communication, concern, empathy and patience. I will continue to visit as long as I am in the Austin area.
