I cant say enough about Dr. Wanlass and his amazing staff. Yaundee is always welcoming and will greet you with a big smile. The Dental Assistants and Hygienist take great care to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Dental billing has always been a challenge with two insurance plans and out of pocket. Melanie is a pleasure to deal with and helped so much with all my complicated billing issues. She organized and transformed all of the transactions and made it easy for even me to understand. Thanks again for all your help!

I recently had a “Horrible and painful experience with a Bad Dentist in Henderson” She took Months of adjustments to try to get my dentures to fit, to the tune of”$4000, and couldn’t make them fit, so I cancelled and lost my money. Now here’s the Good News, I went to Michael Wanlas DDS , on Rainbow Blvd. Wow! what an amazing Dentist. He took impressions added teeth to the Dentures to correct the Henderson Dentist mistakes and with ONE visit everything was PERFECT!!! I cannot say enough to Thank Dr Mike for a Great Job!!!!! I highly recommend if you need the Best Dentist in Las Vegas see Dr Mike Wanlass, If you want to know who that Horrible Dentist is in Henderson contact me, so you can avoid her.

I've been with this office for about 5yrs and never had any complaints until now... The customer service is not 100%. I was in office for an appt last week and they failed to mention my surgery(that had been scheduled for months) had been cancelled. I call almost a week later for other info and they say oh we forgot to tell you we had to cancel like its no big deal.

Nice to see you back after two years. Unfortunately left with bad taste in my mouth, since the practice is no longer in my network. Billing staff failed to mention that on top of new fee changes prior to services being done. Imagine my surprise when instead of paying zero upon leaving I'm paying 100. On top of that both of my older children were seen weeks before me and billing staff never mentioned they both had balances as well. Honesty always best policy. Being upfront about changes and what you are going to charge a client is what needs to be happening, not surprising them with changes after services have been rendered.
