My husband and I have been visiting this practice for years. Dr and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Warrier is thorough and attentive to dental health. We love that Warrier Family Dentistry is a private practice and not one of those corporate dental franchises that doesn’t prioritize patient care. If you are looking for a dentist who is skilled and will value you as a patient, this is the place for you.

I called wanting to set up an appointment as a new patient, the woman who answered the phone was friendly initially but when I told her which dental insurance I had, she asked me if it was medicade? I’m assuming because she wasn’t familiar with it. That was the first red flag, but I told her it wasn’t and proceeded with trying to book. She asked me to give her my information including my social security number over the phone? I told her I wasn’t comfortable with doing that being that I’d never been to this practice before.. she then told me she would send me a paper copy to fill out but she needs my social in order to book.. I decided to end the booking process at that point. Majority of dental offices ask for your subscriber ID, name and birthday and move forward. Social security is usually done with patient paperwork once the appointment is confirmed. I felt as if they were only concerned if they were in network with my insurance or not, which boils down to if there would be an issue with payment or not. I didn’t like the encounter and wouldn’t book with them because of this.

Warrier Family Dentistry team took great care of me today. Such a wonderful, professional, and caring practice. I would definitely recommend the practice to families who are looking for a dentist in the Charlotte area. Thank you, Warrier Family Dentistry!

We established care today and couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the receptionists, to the hygienists, to Dr. Warrier herself - a perfect experience for us all (including our 2 year old). VERY good with children in the office. Extremely satisfied with our care and cleanings.

I moved to the area at the end of Dec. 2024 and first met Dr. Warrier and her team the 2nd week of January to replace a broken crown. I have since been back for a cleaning and a filling replacement. The facility is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the dentistry has been excellent with reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend Dr. Warrier and her team and thank them for providing great service and care to their patients!
