I have had two botched filings at this practice by two different doctors. The first dentist replaced an old filling and didn’t do it properly and led to food getting trapped which led to an even bigger cavity and tooth issue including an another filling and a root canal by a second dentist.! That second filling was just evaluated at this same practice by a third dentist and was said to be misaligned which and causing an issue now with a second tooth. A lot of time and money spent for poor results.

Everyone here is wonderful and kind! Not to mention the top notch care and technology.

Went recently for cleaning and annual exam and X-rays. Dental hygienist did a fantastic job and follow up with Dr. Santamaria was very thorough. I have great confidence and trust in Dr. Santamaria and my teeth are healthy and look terrific as a result.

I had to edit this review. The only advise I can give is to find another dentist. One that won't treat you like an experiment and will instead be honest with you.

Very frustrating experience with how this office handled my dental records. Initially, I was repeatedly told over the phone that I had never visited the office in January of this year and that there was no record of a January visit. After I requested my full records, however, the office later confirmed that I did in fact have a visit in January. I received contradictory information multiple times while trying to sort this out. I was also told that there are no records of things that I distinctly remember occurring during my visits. Whether records were lost, improperly saved, associated with the wrong person, or something else happened, I cannot say. What I can say is that my experience trying to obtain clear and consistent information about my own dental records was extremely frustrating and left me without confidence in how my records were handled. I will not return to this practice.

I went in for a routine cleaning. Also, I am on the Invisalign regimen to straighten out my teeth. Everything looks good.

I have been a patient here for many years, and received good dental care. Now they are switching to “out of network” so that patients have to pay up-front for their care, and get insurance coverage independently. This is a big problem for those who are not wealthy and is a financial burden to patients. I will likely change practices.

I've been going to this practice for 45 years. Need I say more?

The dentists and hygienists are great. The communication of timing of appointments, billing and care of your time of horrific. Been there for over 10 years but how they treat you is not a place anyone should want to go to. Truly a place that shouldn’t be in business.

I had an emergency appointment at Warshauer & Santamaria Dental Monday May 12th. From the moment I walked in the staff were kind and accommodating. Ben, Dr Santamaria’s assistant was a true gem explaining things to me and making me less stressed. Dr Santamaria was just delightful! After inspection of my teeth, she explained the type of treatment I needed in a way that I would understand and it made me feel at ease. I go back this Friday for my cleaning and I’m actually looking forward to it! If anyone is looking for an amazing dentist please look them up on google, you will be so happy you did’ Alexis JF

This is probably the worst mistake of my life. For some reason I let the dentist convince me to ruin my life by allowing her to use my mouth for fun! I showed a lot of doubt the day of the procedure and the dentist was more frustrated than helpful.
