I called in for a broken tooth expecting to have to wait for an appointment but they asked me to come in within the hour. Dr. Shaw was amazing, she really made my day. I was so insecure but she made me feel good about the situation. Dr. Shaw is a sincere and gentle dentist. Thanks to the rest of the staff . The results were remarkable .

I had my partial done by Dr. Shaw & she did a wonderful job. My bite was comfortable afterwards and felt no pain during the process. Everyone is all smiles!

I have huge anxiety when it comes to dentists because it involves pain and trusting the doctor is making the right calls. I came to Water Brook to find a staff & Dentist who are kind, welcoming, and take their time to explain what they found in teeth scans. The Dentist: Dr. Marlene Shaw is an incredibly kind and thoughtful woman. She took her time to explain to me my specific tooth health without chastising me about my habits. She showed me my cavities & gave me options. When it came to the fillings, she was THE BEST at pain management. She made sure I was pain free. Even just cleanings she applies some temporary numbing gel to sensitive teeth as she cleans. She is just great. I was so nervous and after seeing her a few times now, i’ve learned to trust that she will take care of me and make sure I’m not in pain or discomfort. I recommend her so much. I have also seen her work with neuro divergent people, and she was so great with them. Patients seem comfortable. Her office is never crowded or noisy. Love her practice. (: I think I’m going to bring some flowers to her office just to say thank you for making dentist visits so much better.

Water Brook Dental took complete care of me and my oral he’s needs. I felt very comfortable in their office. The dental assistant Ben is amazing. He’s very professional and answered every question I had. The Periodontist is more than wonderful. She did a great Job on my deep cleaning, and gave me informative information on how to take care of my teeth at home. I highly recommend coming here for your oral care needs.
