Like a lot of folks, I havent had great experiences with dental offices. I was expecting more of the same at Water Valley, but that wasn't the case today. From booking to care coordination, to my awesome hygienist Ruby and my dentist, the entire experience was by far exceptional. I actually am looking forward to receiving consistent care from this practice and will be bringing my children on. The attention given to providing comfort is also impressive. You will not be disappointed with this practice!
I've been seeing Dr Roger at Comfort Dental in the Windsor office for almost two years now. He's got a great 'bedside manner.' He explains everything and is kind and compassionate. I had two fillings today; I hate going to the dentist but he puts me at ease. His dental assistant Salina did a great job too. I wholeheartedly recommend him!
I made the switch to Water Valley Dental based on many recommendations and couldn’t be happier with my decision! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, and a huge positive for me was they didn’t shove a bunch of procedures and suggestions down my throat. Instead, they focused on what was necessary. It was a calm, friendly, professional environment and I felt at ease every step of the way.
I wish I had found this place sooner! I just came here for the first time and this place blew me away. From the moment I walked in, the lobby was clean and comfortable with Christmas music playing. Before starting my cleaning they gave me a tour, and every step of the way they took the time to build confidence and provide great communication right from the start. Once we got into the room they took their time to get to know me personally (hobbies, how long I’ve been in CO, etc) and what my preferences were for my dental care. I know not everyone needs or appreciates this but I absolutely do. They even have a comfort menu you can choose from (blanket, TV, stress ball, etc.) My hygienist Kristen was wonderful and thorough and gentle. Dr. Danny was very personable and knowledgeable and a great communicator. I felt valued and cared for throughout my visit and I loved all the personal touches. Truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had.
