I just received a letter from dr mathews that he did not want me as patient any longer. I did nothing wrong except ask them to forward my x rays to another oral surgeon. Girl was very rude at the office. I had a plate made for upper and lower mouth they never did fit right and never got adjusted right by dr mathews. girl at office said she would not forward x=rays to another oral surgeon but would send them to me. could not open them and went to the office to get them. talked to a very rude girl. I would not recommend this office or dentist to anyone...I have never been refused to be seen at any office.. un called for!!! there are plenty of dentist out there I don't need your office...

As a middle aged man, getting orthodontic work was not something I ever thought I would be doing, but choosing this office was one of the best decisions I have made for myself. From the very first visit, everything was explained clearly and professionally, and I always felt comfortable and respected as a patient throughout the entire process. Dr. Edelmann did an amazing job. He was detailed, patient, and truly committed to getting my teeth right. The results speak for themselves. My smile is straight, balanced, and natural looking, and the crooked smile I had for years is finally gone. I could not be happier with the outcome. I also want to give a big shout out to the entire staff for always being friendly, welcoming, and professional. In addition, special thanks to my dentist, Dr. Matthews, for the continued care, encouragement, and support along the way. Having a great dental team made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Every appointment ran smoothly, I never felt rushed, and the level of care exceeded my expectations. If you are an adult considering orthodontic treatment and wondering if it is worth it, it absolutely is. I highly recommend this orthodontist and office to anyone looking for excellent results and a great overall experience.

Katherine, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests really stood out. I have had 3 children go through this amazing orthodontics side of the office.-- which ROCKS!! Chelsea is on top of insurance, and strives to provide efficient professional service. Dr. E. strives for perfection in teeth. He takes time to check on the patients, explain what will happen during the appointment, and what to do between now and the next appointment. The last one only had braces 1 year 10 months which "my teeth turned out too perfect." 🤣 Kiki is friendly, attentive, and caring.
