I Don't know where would I be on my Mental State of Mind with out the Staff, Doctors and Nurses this Whole clinic is a Life Savior ...I can Not explain how much this place means to me. I was hung up on today by a lady that was suppose to be registering me for some assistance. She was from another country and her attitude was uncalled for. She was impatient and she acted as if I could not ask her any questions about the registration process. Wesley Clinic should be ashamed of whom they've hired and moving forward the clinic needs to hire people who actually WANT to help others. Their current staff is unprofessional and as all other have stated...they provide bottom of the barrel customer service.

I used to be a patient 5 years ago . All the people working at this place are super professional and very kind. They helped me in all medical aspects when I needed it the most. I am grateful they offer this type of service to uninsured people.

I went to Family Service to ask for utility assistance. Social worker kept saying there were no funding through the class session or in office one on one with social worker. In home my mother is disabled and my son it is not only me. Transitioning to become provider for my family. I felt discriminated against me and family. Different people would call and a survey every time over phone. My electric bill did not get paid. Received disconnect over mail. I provided all documents and attend class. I would not recommend this place. I would rate this place a zero.
