Had filling and a crown done. Staff was so nice and explained every step of the way. Even provided times for scanning, building, and cooling of the crown. The anesthetic worked great. No pain at all and it was numbing only the tooth that they worked on and not the whole mouth. Really happy with this dentist

The front office staff was very cheerful and polite. I had not been to the dentist for a few years and boy has dentistry changed. All the technology was a little over the top. I received excellent care from the hygienist and Dr. Wong. I will follow-up with the recommendation s.

I have lived in fear of dental visits from NY to CA to AZ for almost 80 years.. not trusting any Dentist I have ever met ….. As a recent heart surgery survivor finding a new Dentist was a given. I bit the bullet, was referred to West Bell Dental and arrived for treatments yesterday. This office has a welcoming calming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, respectful, Senior Friendly and very welcoming; surprisingly I felt like I landed in a safe place. Dr. Wagh provided treatment to replace a damaged crown. He discussed in detail my premeds and present health. He is not only handsome, but was patient, calming, has a light gentle touch and truly cared about my comfort and stress level. I have never before had a Dentist as concerned about my comfort nor pain level during treatment… he is actually the most competent Dentist I have ever had treat me. I recently had my crown procedure done by Dr. Andy Wagh at West Bell Dental Care, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and welcoming. I’d been anxious about this procedure for last couple of months since my previous experience with other Dentist was not that satisfactory. Dr. Wagh demonstrated outstanding skill and precision throughout the crown procedure. What truly sets her/him apart is the ability to make a patient feel completely at ease — explaining every step clearly, checking in frequently, and ensuring maximum comfort throughout. There was minimal discomfort, and the results look and feel absolutely natural. The staff at West Bell Dental Care are equally wonderful — courteous, efficient, and genuinely caring. The facility is modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with the latest dental technology, which clearly reflects in the quality of care delivered. If you’re in Surprise, AZ and looking for a dentist you can truly trust — especially for more involved procedures like crowns — look no further than Dr. Wagh. I walked out with a smile on my face (literally!), and I will absolutely be returning for all my future dental needs. Highly, highly recommended!!

Highly highly recommend this place. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Belle, Maggie, Cody and Dr. Ibriham. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were so incredibly kind. I put on a happy face but I was so nervous going in since it had been so long. They reassured me every step of the way. Narrated what they were doing and why. Gave me recommendations for products, make the care plan easy to understand and not feel so overwhelming. They had lots of features and amenities to make sure my comfort was prioritized. They offered things like blankets, Netflix as a distraction while they worked, dark sunglasses to make the lights not as harsh and more. I've never ever felt so seen and heard by a dental professionals before. I would describe the practice as a whole as kind, professional, compassionate, empathetic, high level patience for my 8 million questions, knowledgeable. Literally they're willing to do anything to get you back on track with dental care. I would give them more stars if I could.

I have been under the care of West Bell Dental since last June. I had some very intensive dental work. All the office assistants have been so helpful and personable. Dr. Wagh was my primary dentist. He and his assistants were remarkable. I never had any pain or discomfort during the procedures. I am so thankful that I found such a tremendous group of people. Louise Murphy
