But at least
All the women behind the desk are very unprofessional. Soon as you call they answer and tell you to hold on and never answers they have tattoos on their face just overall very unprofessional
Who ever answered the phone was very rude 👿 when I got there I was booked for my appointment had to wait one hour to be seen then it was a old man 😭 they treated him so bad I felt bad if you don't like your job find a new one no one stepped up to tell me it was them on the phone in my face 😈👀 but some of the workers are kind and nice 👍 but I'm never going back my way or the high way and I'm taken the high way lol good luck I fill bad for that poor old man
This place is horrible, they canceled my appointment twice after having me use PTO for the dates and then they won't work with you when you have a different day off work. You ask for a manger call back and never get one. I only really come here because this has been the place I came to since a kid but it's really bad now. No kind of customer service and the women at the front desk have no respect and just don't care. They answer the phone on speaker so everyone in there could hear you talking or your business, no patient privacy, nothing! Time for me to find a different dental office. I've been waiting on Josh (the office manager) to give me a call back since the 5/28. Still nothing!
I was recommended this dental office for my children. Lord what a mistake! The three women in the front desk left me standing there for over 10-12 mins with a few other patients and only decided to attend us when a furious patient decided to lash out. NEVER GOING AGAIN. Don’t recommend at all!!!
I've been going to this clinic for years now; you do not want to go here. I have a list of different things that have happened to me in this clinic through out the years. (1) There is so much drama just to make an appointment: you can hear the sass and rudeness right across from the phone. I was asking for a specific time, and the lady on the phone kept trying to shoehorn me in for 9am when I could only do 10:30 am: she gave a very strong sigh and put me in for 10:30 am so in a sense that time was actually available. I honestly to this day never understood her issue, and the tone she was expressing over the phone felt disrespectful. (2) I remember in the office two employees were arguing, so one of the employees forgot to sign in a whole swath of people . . . I was one of them, so I was waiting around for my appointment a long while and had to talk to the front desk: they helped push me in the queue and I got my cleaning however another rude customer was complaining about me calling me rude names to the employee because he assumed I cut in front of him even though he saw me sitting in the waiting room when he came in through the entrance. This same customer was cheering on the drama that had happened between the two employees. Now, the issue that I have is there was no de-escalation to ease and comfort this customer. Honestly, they should've just kicked him out; I have no idea what was wrong with him even his family or the people he was with questioned why he was angry towards me. His anger should have been directed to that employee that failed to sign-in people who had appointments which caused a major back up. I have no idea how they hired someone that cannot press a button on the web that signs people in . . . might as well just let people themselves sign themselves in which LabCorp does and there's zero issues. (3) The automatic system makes appointments for you; you'll receive a text with an appointment pre-made for you even though you haven't made it. It makes sense why this clinic has appointment issues: you have a system where they are pre-made for your customers . . . I don't believe they've fixed this issue at all. (4) A customer cut in front of the line and he was served by the employee at the desk; if a customer cuts the line, you shouldn't serve them. He's lucky that two other lines finished. (5) They lie to you about the appointment you made to your face: you make an appointment for a cleaning and checkup. When they have no way of getting enough hygienists to attend to these patients on that day, they take off the cleaning and give you a checkup--sending you home and telling you to come another day which is literally a waste of everyone's time. If you couldn't get us in for a cleaning, call us and tell us--not pull this on the day of. The way they do this is so devious; you're in the chair they are checking your teeth: they give you the checkup and tell you "you never specified cleaning" and you're there thinking "did i forget to?" cause its been a while since you made the appointment so you start doubting yourself and that's when they get you. (6) They never gave me a brush/floss pack after my cleanings: I know because I’ve gone here with my family; my siblings would get them and I would be the only one given nothing . . . There was a rare time where I was able to get them, felt good—didn’t make up for all the six other times. And the hygienist who gave it to me was nice, but she didn’t do a good job cleaning my teeth: there was noticeable build up in the middle of the bottom row. And during visits along with my siblings here, they pulled (5) on me and it never happened to them . . . (7) If you want a filling appointment, it’s always in 3 months here: they never have a shorter time frame. They also are very happy to cancel your appointment. It’s happened to me, and I still haven’t been able to get that filling which causes me pain at odd times of the year.
This place has the worst customer service ever. My mom called to make an appointment on Friday and they told her to come Saturday then they called her Saturday to come Monday. She goes Monday and the girl tells her at the front desk that she didn’t have an appointment and the front desk is so high you can’t even see who’s behind the desk, which is very rude. You need to speak to somebody face-to-face. My mother was speaking to the wall. What kind of service is this? What kind of office is this? Never again the worst.
Worst front desk experience. The staff was very rude. The office is unclean the floor is filthy. The front desk ladies are selling candy for their kids school (harassing patients) for $2.00 I arrived less than 15 minutes late and was not allowed to keep my appointment. There was also no parking available, which made the situation even more inconvenient. I wasn’t able to speak with the front desk manager the ladies stated she wasn’t there today also I was denied access to speak with the dentist. Due to this experience, I decided to change providers.
