I highly recommend West Coast Center for Jaw Surgery. They are respectful of your time. I have had 3 appointments so far and they have promptly called me back each time. They are extremely professional, explaining each procedure in detail and in plain English. Dr. Thigpen is very knowledgeable, personable and thorough.
Dr Thigpen and his staff are amazing! My 12 y.o. daughter had to have extractions for orthodontic reasons and they were very reassuring and comforting. My daughter healed quickly and without any post procedure issues. I heard that not many minors are seen in the practice, but the staff is amazing here for all ages. I would highly recommend them for any surgical dental work.

They are with you every step of the way, from the consultation to the follow up appointment. The staff and Dr were great. My elderly father had a consultation appointment which we forgot. They called us and were very understanding and patient. We were going to reschedule but they made time for us. Though we were late they did not rush us.
Dr. Thigpen and his staff were recommended by my Dentist for my wisdom teeth removal. Had no issues with him or his staff and they were great from start to finish. Even went back twice for minor issues after operation and they were courteous and got me in and seen. I have no issues going back if I have any other surgery or major issues that my dentist finds. Seriously, give this place a chance if you need any consultations!
