Excellent staff and work received!

The staff and Dr were great. My elderly father had a consultation appointment which we forgot. They called us and were very understanding and patient. We were going to reschedule but they made time for us. Though we were late they did not rush us.

Dr. Thigpen and his staff were recommended by my Dentist for my wisdom teeth removal. Had no issues with him or his staff and they were great from start to finish. Even went back twice for minor issues after operation and they were courteous and got me in and seen. I have no issues going back if I have any other surgery or major issues that my dentist finds. Seriously, give this place a chance if you need any consultations!

Excellent experience. The Hygenist was great and the Surgeon was wonderful and pain free.

Dr. Thigpen is absolutely fantastic. He answered alll my questions and told me a lot about himself while doing so. And his staff were exceptional. I am looking forward to being taken care of my dental problems with no hesitation.

Great service. Dr. T and his team are excellent. They go out of their way to explain things to you, they are patient and kind. To boot Dr. T is an excellent surgeon that take his time, and makes sure you are comfortable and pain free. I will definitely recommend his services

My dentist referred me to West Coast for a tooth extraction. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Thigpen took time to review my options and explain the implant procedure. My surgery is scheduled. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Who can say they had a wonderful experience having a tooth pulled? 😉 me! From the moment they took me back until the procedure was completed they cared about ME. Keeping me informed and comfortable. Before the procedure they spent time with me explaining options available with a detailed brochure, photos they took in the office right then and there, and of course costs by reaching out to my insurance company. I’m very pleased with the whole experience and glad I didn’t go to my dentist. Please trust an oral surgeon for any extraction - you’ll be glad you did, especially Dr. Thigpen and staff. A special shout out to Aiden who is super knowledgeable, kind, caring with amazing bedside manners. Thank you Aiden!

It's a very clean office. The whole staff was very friendly. I truly enjoyed Hayden he was super nice and very professional. Dr.Thigpen was very nice and took his time explaining the procedure to me. He also asked if I had any questions, I could even call them with any questions or concerns. Really had a very enjoyable experience today. I truly recommend this office.
