If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. Dr. West and her staff were sensitive to my situatioin. From the moment I entered the office I was treated with respect and with an evident sense of compassion. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. Dr. West explained exactly what her exam revealed and discussed her treatment plan in depth. My teeth were cleaned and looked amazing when the procedure was completed. Without reservation I 100% recommend Dr. West and her staff.

I had a great experience at West Dentistry! The office was clean, welcoming, and had a calming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly and professional, making everything run smoothly. A special shoutout to Lisa and Taylor they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to explain my dental insurance benefits clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from Hollie throughout my cleaning. I usually get pretty anxious about going to the dentist, but West Dentistry completely changed that for me. Immediately the staff was so kind and understanding they really helped put my nerves at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I got the ZOOM whitening treatment and love my results! Honestly, the care and attention they give here is amazing. Highly recommend, especially if you’re apprehensive about dental visits.

Everyone at the office was super helpful and kind. Lisa and Taylor at the front desk were great — they answered all my questions and made check-in really easy. Hollie did an awesome job with my cleaning. She was gentle but thorough, and explained everything as she went. Overall, a really positive experience and I appreciated how professional and friendly the whole team was. So happy to have found a place that makes me feel comfortable just walking in the door!

I had some cosmetic needs and found Dr. West online. I decided to go with her suggestions and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The transformation is incredible. The entire process was smooth, informative, and completely stress-free. Dr. West and her assistant both have excellent chairside manners, which I especially appreciate as a former dental assistant myself. Her assistant was clearly experienced and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, creating a genuinely comfortable environment. I originally came in just for the cosmetic work, but I was so impressed that I’ve now moved myself and my family over to West Dentistry for all of our regular dental care. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
