Amber is fantastic! She is the first hygienist in over 50 years of cleanings to suggest and apply a topical anesthetic to alleviate my discomfort during cleaning. A simple but powerful idea. In sum, Amber is a smart, caring professional who is wholly patient-centric!

Dr. Johnson is an awesome dentist. Replaced an old filling quickly. My 1st “white” filling.😁I didn’t feel a thing! Not even the needle! Amazing!!! 10 star rating!!! Thank you doc…you’re my hero today.

You need to have senior discounts. At ages 82 and 92, it would surely help aduring this horrible economy.

I absolutely love everyone at West Shore Dental. I have been going to them for over 40 years and have never had a negative experience there. Mary is my hygienist and is adorable..funny, kind and an amazing young lady. All of the office staff are fabulous and so friendly and always so kind and helpful. I look forward to going there for all of my appointments. Also Doctor Johnson did my very 1st extraction with Kelly there to hold my hand. I was so petrified but after it was done I couldn't believe how simple it really was. Love West Shore Dental..and recommend to all my friends.

I just started going here after my old dentist stopped taking my insurance. The receptionists were helpful and very nice. My first appointment was with Tara and I had an excellent cleaning. She was very thorough and detailed. The best cleaning I’ve ever had, actually. The dentist was also nice. Overall, this is a very clean and nice office.

I highly recommend West Shore – my new patient appointment was phenomenal! After having a very negative experience at a different dentist, I was referred over here and I am so thankful I switched. The staff were so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, and they were very transparent about my dental health and approach to treatment. This is the first time I have ever felt like I was heard by a dentist or hygienist when I voiced concerns or questions and everything was thoroughly answered with great care. I felt so at ease here and that is 100% due to the excellent staff! Thank you for making it such a positive experience.

Mary, Mary, Mary; the absolute BEST cleaning person I have ever had, and I'm 73 years old. Very thorough, never have I ever had any pain while she's working on me, and when she takes the bib off I said we're done already? And during the entire visit Mary entertains me as I do her. Please give her a raise and accolades for being the BEST!! And Dr. Conte, what can I say. His singing has gotten better and voice is softer; and he is so sweet. I had a crown made and placed in my mouth in 1.5 hours, all in one visit. I recommend WSD to whomever asks me if I know a good dentist. If I had to make a complaint, all I can think about is maybe how long it takes to get an appt with Mary if I have to cancel and make a new appt. Not her fault, shes just busy, busy, busy in a good way.Thanks guys for taking such good care of me. Look forward to my next visit in 6 months. I had my first visit yesterday and the facility and staff are amazing. Before starting my visit, Nikki gave me a tour and explained all of the services and technology the practice has to offer. After my xrays were complete, Dr. Conte came in for my exam. He took his time explaining to me the pictures and getting to know me. After my exam, Amanda completed my cleaning, where she made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions. Overall the facility is clean and has new technology. The staff is professional, friendly, and did not rush the appointment. This was a fantastic first impression.

West Shore Dental is wonderful. Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. Amber is a wonderful hygienist. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned. She is very compassionate and gentle but yet gets the job done.
