Dr Carpenter is the greatest! I was referred to him when another dentist had drilled into my sinus cavity. He performed a surgery to cover the hole and I healed wonderfully. I have also had bone graft surgery where he had to remove a bad implant from that other dentist as well. The interesting thing I learned was that if they take a small amount of your blood and mix it with the bone graft There is less chance of your body Rejecting it. Just a little FYI for you… I would For anyone, I know to Dr. Carpenter!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with this office from start to finish! After getting the runaround from another endodontist just trying to schedule, this team was a breath of fresh air. From my very first conversation with the front office coordinator to the completion of my treatment, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. The front office was completely transparent about out-of-pocket costs—which, let’s be honest, is huge when dealing with insurance. There were no surprises, and they made sure I understood everything upfront. My treatment was split into two visits, and they explained that clearly from the beginning so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Twine was outstanding—thorough, patient, and never rushed through either the consultation or the procedure. I truly felt like I was in great hands the entire time. If you need a root canal, I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone. Top-tier care all around!

Highly unsatisfied with my referral to this office today. I spent an hour for a consultation only for them to tell me how regardless of having insurance, the dentist was still going to charge me fees for procedures not covered at all. I'm really surprised this establishment even has patients. I was blindsided to begin with bc the office didn't even bother to call to advise this was just a consultation. The procedure I was expecting to have done would've had to be scheduled for another visit where I could be ripped off. Taking my business and insurance elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Overcharged and the wait time was excessive. However, the lady at the front desk was nice, she helped me find a location. But do yourself a favor don't waste your money and time there.

Dr. Carpenter and his entire staff at the 95th Ave and Camelback location are amazing! I knew I was in the right place the moment I was greeted at the front desk, so pleasant and helpful. I went in for a tooth extraction on a Friday morning freaking out as I usually do for any doctor appointment and had the best experience ever. I was expecting to have a local for the extraction along with pain during and after because of past experiences (at a different oral surgeon years ago) and feared the worst. Dr. Carpenter explained after seeing my x-ray that it would be much easier and less painful to be put under than using a local. I thought the amount would be incredibly high even with insurance but I was pleasantly surprised how affordable it was. Dr. Carpenter had such a wonderful demeanor and made me feel at ease especially seeing how anxious I was about the situation. Needless to say he was right! Everyone was so professional and made me feel so comfortable about the procedure, I had no worries. I was called back about 9:00 and was on my way out by 10:30, which included taking x-rays and checking insurance and may I add I left PAIN FREE! I even had a follow-up call that evening to see how I was doing. Thank you so much again, ya'll are fantastic!
