I had a great experience with this office from start to finish. When I first called on Friday to schedule my sister and ask about pricing, Abigail was incredibly helpful and made the process easy. She was able to get my sister scheduled quickly for a consultation and wisdom tooth removal on Monday, which we really appreciated. On the day of the visit, everyone we interacted with was wonderful. The receptionist made check-in smooth and stress-free, the dental assisting team was kind and professional, and Dr. Jones provided excellent care throughout the procedure. Melanie also stood out, she helped coordinate everything, gave clear and thorough instructions, and ensured our medications were sent to our preferred pharmacy by the time we left. The entire visit only took about an hour and a half, and we felt well taken care of the whole time. We’re very thankful to the entire team for such a positive and efficient experience.
Great place and staff! I felt welcomed and they made me feel comfortable the whole time! If I had any questions they were answered. My surgery was fast and smooth!
