AMAZING. I hate going to the dentist because I get anxious, but they are extremely friendly which helped, along with the TV's on the ceiling. The front desk was very friendly too which you do not find often! They are very upfront on costs too right from the start. I'm happy I booked here.

Taking every day care and cleaning ones teeth are certainly the best choices to have a winning smile without second thoughts. And choosing a competent dentist - not only if one newly moves to the west village like me - that accompanies that efforts was and is the No. 1 important decision. West Village Dental is close by to my home, and easy to reach via TTC, being up to date in the field, offering modern equipment, top hygiene and protection and being a one stop is a must. So I did a thorough research and have been a happy client ever since, and a big fan more than a decade now. I refer them to my friends and never been disappointed. Not only when you already feel the pain and you need treatment, but also to do proper prophylaxis, that is my place to go. Regular once a year checkups and an annual cleaning kept me from any problems since I chose them. I love the friendly front office girls, that remember my name and greet me with a smile, give me a laugh and a chit chat while waiting. Dr. Triassi is a professional and a Pro as a dentist. Doing what needs to be done, not seeing me as a piggy bank and giving me reasonable and informed options as well as competent medical advice; also saying "No" if what I want is not in my best interest or will cause problems down the time lane. He helped me finding solutions that fit my annual health care budget and insurance limits; even finding solutions if there was some larger work at hands and I had to invest in a more costly bridge to close a gap left from a damaged tooth extraction. I made a good choice in the past, so can you by choosing them.

Absolutely a great dentist and staff.

Almost a year ago I booked a first appointment and cleaning after leaving my previous dentist office of 20 years. I presumed I'd see an actual dentist. Nope. When I enquired about that I was told there wasn't one available. That struck me as odd since I'd specifically booked a first time appointment. I've never been to a cleaning appointment without even a cursory exam by a dentist. Not sure what to make if that and if I'll go back, or book my partner in there. May 2026 Thank you for your response but to be honest it is likely too big a gaffe for me to feel comfortable returning. We'll see.

My wife was raving about how great this place was. She had a really positive first impression after her first couple of visits. She made appointments for her and I and was excited for me to see for myself. Unfortunately, both of our kids were home sick from school the day of the appointment forcing one of us to have to cancel. Cancellation policies exist for a reason. I get that. But parents sometimes have situations where the circumstances require a bit better discretion and care. Threatening to charge us for late cancellation is one thing, not at all unusual, but poor customer care and infantalizing behaviour is a deal breaker for me. Probably for the best. At least we know that for parents of young children where the unexpected may happen, this place isnt a good fit for us. None of our other doctors/specialists would or have ever behaved towards us this way. Judging by the other reviews maybe it was just that one person, but we won't be in any rush to find out.

It’s been years now that I've only been going to West Village Dental Clinic. Dr. Charles Triassi is the most professional, knowledgeable and caring dentist. I’m one of those people who used to have a huge anxiety whenever I’d go to the dentist, but that’s not the case anymore, thanks to Dr. Charles, his lovely assistant, and my favourite hygienist in the whole world, Donna. Can’t say enough about this team. Thank you for everything you do❤️.
