I brought my toddler in to get AFO’s and the team at West Coast made the process very easy. Amy was wonderful at check-in and Walt was incredible. He made us feel very comfortable and was great with my son. He makes it a point to get to know you and I highly recommend them!
I had aN AFO ordered from Medicare but they worked thru the paperwork and was able to get my AFO Walt did an excellent job fitting the AFO and it works great for drop foot. The check in with Chalay was easy and Amy handled the checkout. I would highly recommend this company.

Westcoast Brace & Limb Brandon Location is the best we love Mr. Walt he is awesome and we couldn’t do it without him and his staff… Dallas daytime AFO are perfect and fits him very well and Dallas nighttime AFO are perfect too…. Dallas feet has finally came together to where he is up and standing and trying to walk… we love Mr. Walt and his beautiful staff🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤
Walt has been amazing to work with. He's been so patient with my son as he has adjusted to wearing his brace, and has been super helpful with adjusting it as needed so that it fits correctly and works for him. He even had a solution for keeping my son from removing the brace in his sleep.
Twice I have been to Westcoast Brace & Limb in Brandon, and the service I've received from Mr. Walt was above and beyond standard care. In fact, it was exceptional. Mr. Walt accommodated my schedule by showing up at 7 a.m. (which is 1.5 hr before the office opens) just so that I can get my orthosis. Mr. Walt is a great asset to Westcoast Brace & Limb.
I give it 5 stars because from the first day I went, Francheska treated me with super professionalism and respect, and helped me a lot with everything I needed. She even contacted my orthopedist's office. Excellent professional! Thank you so much! Likewise to Juan and the other young woman. I recommend this place 100%.
I highly recommend the Brandon location of Westcoast Brace & Limb that has been quite accommodating to me, both by telephone and in person, as we worked together to achieve Bilateral Ankle Foot Orthoses to help this 73 yr-old walk normally again. Both Franchesca and Dawn in the front office were always pleasant and helpful. Walt showed me immense patience in walking with and without orthoses in several types of shoes and made meaningful suggestions.
This place is awesome. I highly recommend to any individual. This place is the upmost best and finest place to be Francesca and Walt are absolutely professional they make you feel at home my brace fits accurately thank you Walt for everything you’ve done advise me on as far as me recovering from my stroke the drop foot Physical Therapy thank you for all your information. I had no idea about if you go to this place. I recommend you talk to Walt. All of them are exceptionally awesome, but I have my experience with Walt. He’s the best to me cover all my needs questions concerns
Walt and Franchesca were great with helping me out with my AFO, great service and even better spirits!! I can say they make you feel welcomed and at home but even better, they give you that extra bit of push and motivation!
