Excellent service, very good doctors, and best of all, they speak English and Spanish!

I had a very disappointing experience at Westend Dental on 16th Street in Indianapolis. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. When I politely asked how much longer it would be, I was told it would be another 15 minutes because they still needed to clean the room. I was also told that if I didn't want to wait, I was free to reschedule. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing staff standing around chatting instead of showing any urgency or concern for patients who had been waiting. To make matters worse, I overheard one employee speaking in Spanish say that she would help clean the rooms but didn't feel like it. They may have assumed I wouldn't understand, because once they noticed I was listening they stop talking in English and started speaking Spanish . Hearing that while patients were waiting was disappointing and came across as very unprofessional. A little communication, courtesy, and respect for patients' time would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this office based on the customer service I received.

Staff very Professional

I visited this clinic today and I'm delighted with the service I received! The front desk staff, assistants, dentist, especially the assistant named Sergio, an excellent person who knew how to handle my fear and I was nervous, but I appreciate it because I was in a lot of pain and now I feel much better. Excellent service!!

I had a very good experience at this dental clinic. From the reception area to the treatment room, the staff was friendly and professional. The dentist explained the procedure step by step and made me feel comfortable at all times. The facilities are clean and well equipped. I would definitely return and highly recommend this clinic.
