The staff from the receptionist to the dentist and the dental hygienist were all PHENOMENAL!!!!! I highly recommend it.

Can’t believe I took my last review down and I’m putting in a new one . My son was scheduled for an appointment to be seen 8/31/2026 . Sign at the door says they’re closed until Wednesday. When I spoke with the alleged manager , he told me that schedule from my last problem was a care team error . I can’t wait to hear the excuse for this morning’s cancellation. Mind you there was a line and ppl arriving and everyone was confused. A little notice on Friday would’ve been smart. My kids are comfortable at this location . If it weren’t for that reason , I would not bring my kids here . Time is not valued as I stated in my prior review. We have parents taking time off work and pulling kids out of school , missing out on education because this specific office can’t get their schedules right. Very unfortunate.

Everyone was very sweet. My son is over 1yr and was going crazy when it came to examing his teeth and cleaning them but the doctors were very nice and still didnt get upset or irritated which i was scare for. The front lady gave my son a No cavity certificate which i thought was cute. I will be coming here again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I waited over an hour with my children and they were never even seen. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, I was told “5 minutes,” but those 5 minutes came and went with no explanation or update. I completely understand that being understaffed can happen, but it is unacceptable to continue scheduling appointments when patients are being left waiting for over an hour. My children and I wasted our time sitting there, only to leave without receiving the service we came for. This was extremely disappointing and shows a lack of respect for people’s time. Better communication and proper scheduling need to be addressed.

Nubia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her positive attitude and genuine care made the entire visit stress-free. The entire team was efficient, and the office ran smoothly. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a dental office where you feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you, Nubia, and the entire Western Dental team for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Elizabeth Bon, Ortho. She was the sweetest ever! Seriously from the way she recommends new colors, asking me if theres any inconsistency, and overall her loving attitude! I would love it if she were to be here every month and do her service seriously. Best experience with someone in the orthodontic field out of my 8 months in my braces journey!

Had a great experience during my appointment. Dr. ALiaa is great with kids I could tell she is passionate about her work. The front staff greeted me with a smile and checked me in right away without any issues. Nubia and Albert were both great as well. Can't wait to come back again with my kids.
