Western New York Dental Group Buffalo Main St

Shortly after Covid, a filling in one of my teeth cracked. I went to WNY Dental on Main St., where an x-ray was taken and Dr. Lippa replaced the filling. My tooth remained sensitive, so I returned. She tapped on two teeth, the one that was filled, and the one next to it. I was assured that the tooth was fine; but I requested an appointment with Dr. Rodger, the oral surgeon with the group. He saw the x-rays that had been taken. His asst. took him aside and spoke with him, and he said that he thought that the filling should have been down further; but assured me that there was "no chance" of an abscess. He said that he would have a consult with the dentist. I don't know if the consult ever took place, but I was never contacted after that. I vowed never to go back there. Today, I went to a different dentist, because that filling cracked, and started an infection. My new dentist prescribed antibiotics, and after the infection clears, I can choose to have the tooth extracted, or get a root canal.

I was 7 minutes late to my appointment for a dental emergency. They refused to see me, saying that new patients have to be on time or early. This was not expressed over the phone when making the appointment. They further said they double booked for that time slot despite there being no one else in the waiting room when I arrived. Upon expressing my frustration that they wanted me to reschedule for my emergency, a separate front desk personnel started yelling at me. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional staff. Go elsewhere.

Professional and friendly office! Everyone from the front office staff to my hygienist and Dr. Lippa are fantastic. Dr. Lippa always makes me feel comfortable during procedures and never rushes. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and every interaction with the office staff was professional and friendly. The hygienist, Kayla, was incredibly kind and gentle. Dr. Lippa was thorough and informative. Overall, the service was outstanding—efficient, caring, and top-quality. Highly recommend!

I simply love this dental Office. The staff are professional and kind. I have been a long time WNY patient and I have yet to be dissatisfied . Dr Lippa is the best dentist in WNY. She is totally professional , polite , considerate , and truly love doing her job .She is a perfectionist . She does an awesome job. My family and I have had crown work done without a complaint . She cares for her patients and wants them to be satisfied with the work completed . Her assistant Jaclyn is the best . Great teamwork . They make a day with your dentist easy and painless .
