Western Trails Dental

We have been to Western Trails Dental for a number of years. They are cheerful, gentle, and for good dental work. I highly recommend Dr Kritz and his team!

I have been going here for almost 14 years. I love the dentist's & staff here. The hygienist are great as well. The wait time is non existent so love that! Be prepared to wait to get an appointment since they only book 3 months in advance.

Everyone in the entire office had such a great attitude! A wonderful atmosphere for the patients.

Dr. Krits and staff are the embodiment of what a service-oriented clinic should be. Very professional, helpful, calm, and caring. Been with them for almost 20 years.

i need to talk to someone there about the huge discrepancy between what my provider says I owed to western trails and what they charged me and I paid them. but like many have already commented, the front desk staff are incredibly rude and dismissive so I don't feel confident my questions and concerns will be addressed. they don't answer their phone and don't return vm messages so prolly gonna have to just file a fraud claim. they don't schedule your next 6 month cleaning. gotta call in 3 months hope you get someone and then get a cleaning scheduled 5 months out. so yeah don't expect to get timely cleaning appts scheduled. on a positive note, the dental hygienists are generally good. been going here for a long time but post COVID their customer service took a noticable turn for the worse. maybe it's under new ownership

The service was prompt and the staff was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled.

I had a good experience. It was exciting to see all of the modern equipment that they use. Very cool. I'm extremely happy with the work they've done on my teeth. These people are definitely experts in this field. I highly recommend them.

My visit was informative and helpful. The examination was complete and thorough with technology data showing and explaining my oral health. The Information of my teeth, gums and cost were explained clearly. Teeth cleaning went very well. Dr Park and staff were friendly, helpful and calming. I made appt to head off problematic issues.

As always, everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. The dental hygienist did a wonderful job with my cleaning. The staff was friendly. I also appreciate that there is never any pressure to add on additional, unnecessary services.
