Edit here. Dr. Maceand Sonya provide excellent dental care for our complex issues. We appreciate them. We've gotten dental treatment for more than 15 years here, and we love this practice. Dr. Mace is gentle, friendly and skilled. Sonya and most of the staff here are careful, kind and flexible. They always answer all my questions, explain what they're doing and provide great dental care.

If you’re nervous about the dentist, this is the place to go. Kajsa Sjogren is a fantastic hygienist; she is so thorough and kind. I loved that she explained every step of the cleaning process beforehand to keep me at ease. I also had to get a crown recently, and Dr. Mace and Alina, his assistant, were wonderful. Dr. Mace really listens to his patients, and you can tell he and Alina have a great professional rhythm. They made a stressful situation feel easy and efficient. My permanent crown went on perfectly! From the friendly greeting at the front desk to the high-quality clinical care, this office is amazing.

I would recommend this dental practice to ANYONE. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I was distraught because a crown in the front of my mouth fell out leaving a gaping hole. Dr. Mace took the time to see me on a busy Monday and was very patient, kind and thorough while explaining to me my treatment options since my situation involved a tooth with a broken root canal. (That root canal had been done by another dental practice.) I have also been seen by Dr. Florez in this practice who did two crowns for me, and he is just as awesome, efficient, competent, knowledgeable and kind as Dr. Mace. I feel like I'm in very good hands with these two dentists and feel like I can completely trust them with my dental care. A+

I really felt so comfortable here! I chose this place on accident, thinking that it was the dentist I had previously gone to on the plaza, and these guys here care way more about the health of your teeth/mouth, and you as a person. Everyone was so friendly like they had known me as a patient for years. I truly enjoyed my experience and will most certainly be becoming back here and establishing care here. Shout out to Rosendo and Dr Flores! Ps, pull into the garage on the right hand side and go to G3/floor 3 of the garage. That will get you the closest and parking is free.

As a new patient, I was very impressed with the service and care from the office staff, the dental technicians/assistants and Dr. Mace. Fortunately, I did not have any urgent issues, but if some should arise in the future, I feel confident that I will be well taken care of.

** Updated Review - November 11, 2024 ** It's been three years since my initial review of my visit and experience while at Westport Plaza Dental Associates and wanted to reiterate the exceptional customer service by the staff in accomodating appointments for my family. Dr. Mace was gentle, continuously made sure my kids were doing okay during the procedure, and provided astonishing results. Their website states they are the top-rated dentist in Kansas City, MO which without a doubt can agree with. One might say that they go the extra sMile for their patients. - John, Rory, and Remington ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2021 Immaculate lobby with a warm getting from the staff that set the tone for the time spent here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that had answers for all the questions I had. Dr. Mace was very thorough in the examination and explaining how he would be performing the procedure. His professionalism and demeanor calmed the anxiety my daughter had coming into the office visit. I highly recommend Westport Plaza Dental Associates and will be a patient for years to come. Love these folks! I've been using this dental office for years, and they are perfect for what I need. Lexi and Dr. Scott have taken great care of me. They genuinely care about their patients and always make sure I know what's up, as well as all the options available with pros and cons. I needed some serious work done with them a while back, and I felt totally informed and in control every step of the way, never pushed into anything or rushed along. I've always been someone who dreads dental appointments, but the staff at Westport Plaza has really changed that for me. I feel better about my dental health now than I ever have before. Thank you!!

Our whole family loves doctor Mace and his staff. The office is clean, parking is easy, and everyone is really nice. And gentle! I’ll never need to look for a dentist again. Recommended.
