Normally, dentists visits are very stressful but for the first time in a long time it was not too bad. Thanks.
They were great when my crown came off. Got me in the next day!
Very friendly & knowledgeable receptionist. Steph did a great job cleaning my teeth and very good at X-rays.
Very kind, caring staff and Dr.!
My experience was awesome! Thank you Miss Destiny for calming my nerves and making me feel welcome. Thank you Miss Cynthia for keeping me calm during the dental procedure. And a HUGE thanks to Dr Salazar!! I’m absolutely having zero issues with my procedure. Pain free Dentistry!! ❤️
I was pleased with my visit to Wheatland Dental. The office staff was very helpful& kind. My dentist Dr. Royal took time to explain everything thing to me. Very happy I chose Wheatland Dental!
At first, I was pleased with this company. I noticed high turnover in staff, but it did not affect my care initially. I have been very patient very understanding and very flexible with regards to having to reschedule or to help to accommodate another schedule so I’ve gone m above and beyond in my understanding and my patience and tolerance with regards to the procedure I was having done. Having to finance these teeth, I felt like the order should’ve been put in as soon as that happened, but obviously it was not there were delays and I had to stop taking certain medicine that controls my blood sugar in order to have an oral surgery. I was confirmed that day, practically the day before the surgery and then all of a sudden there was a problem and whatever problem there was with the dentures or the partials that should not have affected me because there should’ve been ample time allotted for that to be done -for mistakes to be made and corrected with no impact on me. while I do understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control, however what aggravated me was that there was no help or no offers of help from anybody as far as expediting this procedure or you know, helping me out here and sometimes you do have to go above and beyond for a customer especially when you know that the mistakes the lmdelays are not their fault and I’m just disappointed that no one there seems to understand that this has caused me a great inconvenience. The oral place threatened to fire me completely because of this (although I take responsibility for not canceling the procedure because I held out, hope I held out. Hope that this would happen that a miracle would happen. I suppose . My fiancé had to takeoff from work for a surgery that didn’t happen. I just feel like I’ve fallen through the cracks here and as soon as I have this procedure done, I will be switching to an another dentist. The dentist is fine. I don’t have a problem with the dentist. It’s the overall company that I am disgusted with and the lack of care for me since I’ve been a good patient and I’ve been understanding and flexible and patient but they’ve done nothing to show that they appreciate that. They don’t seem to understand or even care how this is affected other aspects of my life, and how it throws everything off for me and it leaves me very depressed and disappointed and disgusted and frustrated and angry, and every other emotion you can think of.
This was by far my best dental experience ever and it wasn’t just a routine visit. Story time! Sunday, I tripped and caught myself with my mouth on the sidewalk. After checking some reviews, I chose to call this place. From the moment she answered the phone, Destiny was kind, respectful and sympathetic to my situation. She scheduled me for first thing this morning. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. As a former heavy smoker, I only ever let my cousin, who is a dental hygienist, near my mouth as she was the only one who didn’t ridicule me for my tobacco use. The staff at Wheatland didn’t either. I felt no judgement, only empathy. Thankfully, I am ok at the moment, just very sore bruised and have a couple cracked teeth. I look forward to my 2-week follow up and continuing care with this team to get my smile where I want it to be. Even if you don’t have insurance, they have affordable options and will treat you like family, maybe even better 😉
Not sure what has happened, billing is a nightmare and returned calls, non existent let alone follow through that you are told they will do. False claim filed for a cleaning that was NOT done, told to disregard the bill and will be fixed on their end, then get the bill again most likely for the false charge as well as the 15% discount that was given due to treatment delay during visit due to equipment failure. Calling about it, always get stuck in voicemail and don't get called back. This bill is somehow under my name when it is actually my adult daughters account. It states that it is 90 days past due! Uhm, excuse me? The full amount that was "due" and owed was paid at the date of service. What a mess, I have changed dentists personally due to this problem and looks like I'm still stuck in their problem being billing is billing me! It seems every time I went, new staff, new dentists, now new billing, new mess that takes months and so much extra time to try to figure out and when they say they fixed it, months later, here we are AGAIN!!!!!!!! I personally would NOT recommend at this point.
