I have been a patient for more than 18 years and I can tell positive words only. Thank you very much. I would like to thank Laura, Catriona and their teams for exceptional work. And also Paul for very professional attitude to their customers. I can't thank enough Laura for her very gentle attitude towards patients .

Absolutely fantastic dental practise!! We have been using Whitehouse practise in Huntington Chester for many years. Im not a huge fan of any dentist and before finding this one was reluctant to go. However this Dental practise is a while new experiance as its so family friendly. My children enjoy going, which makes a huge difference and the dentists are all so lovely and welcoming. You are made to feel welcome on every visit and Hannah the dentist we have currently have just fantastic! Offers advise and just brilliant. Paul who owns the dentist is also brilliant, we have had a few different dentists at Whitehouse over the years and I'd 100% recommend them to anyone. We would never go anywhere else!! ❤️ Even the reception staff are always lovely too, can't praise them enough. Paul has just fitted my new implant crown with me also having Steve Kelso also incredible to do all of the groundwork for my implant. Just so pleased with The White House. Catrina

We have been coming here for about 3 years and have never had an issue at any stage of our treatments. Reception has always been helpful, quick to respond, and professional. They are especially wonderful with my daughter—talking to her, acknowledging her as a patient, and giving her stickers and sample-sized toothpastes to make brushing fun. Every dental assistant has been friendly, welcoming, and clearly an expert in their field. The dentists are also fantastic at putting both adults and young ones at ease during checkups or procedures. This is a great practice for the community that anyone in need of dental care can rely on.

Very professional and friendly service with all aspects of dental treatment. I have been a patient here for many years and have absolute confidence in the Practice. The only reason not to give 5 stars is that appointments rarely run on time, often 15 or 20 minutes late. I accept that some delays are inevitable but would appreciate a more proactive approach from Reception staff to keep patients informed of likely waiting times.

Myself and my family, including my two small children came for a new patient check up and Paul and the team were excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable and personable! They explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and I'm so glad we've registered at this dental practice. I don't usually leave reviews, but we were just so impressed by the service we received! Thoroughly recommend!

It’s a lovely practice with a homely feel. The dentist Paul is an excellent dentist and performed some miraculous dentistry on a poor tooth and saved it. A year later the same tooth is going strong. He’s also a lovely man, as are the rest of his staff and hygienist. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient at this dental practice for 12 years. I love Paul and the team, they are all so friendly and excellent at their jobs. Make you feel at ease, and it really does feel like a family run practice (in the best way). In the last week, I had my regular 6 month scheduled check up, and came back a few days later for a full scale and polish with Cat, who is also fantastic. Highly recommend.

I was referred here for emergency treatment last year and cannot praise dentist Dr Keira Holdgate highly enough. I'm autistic and struggle with dentists, but I felt very safe and cared for with her throughout. She communicated clearly and patiently, gave me the time I needed, and paid attention to how I was doing at every stage. I grew to really trust her, which is a rare thing for me. Over several appointments she got me through numerous fillings and a very tricky root canal, and whenever problems arose she had clever techniques up her sleeve to deal with them. My teeth have been restored beautifully, including fillings in front teeth I thought I'd lose, and the root canal on a very painfully abscessed tooth has given me no trouble since, despite everything it threw up during treatment! Keira has given me confidence I never thought I'd have. The other dentists I saw here for emergency appointments (Hannah & Charlie) were great too. If you're nervous about the dentist, you'll be in safe hands at this practice. Thank you!

Every appointment I’ve had at the dentist has always been smooth, on time and I’ve been dealt with care. Every member of staff I’ve come across from the reception ladies to dentists and assistants have always been so kind and helpful. Big thank you to Kiera for all of the work you’ve done for me.
