First time visit but Nice experience and very nice behaviour
I had a very good experience at the clinic. The staff was warm and well behaved.The dentist explained the procedure in detail, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and pain-free throughout. I came to Whitezone Dental Clinic after watching a podcast of Dr Panda and in the beginning I have a few doubts that is my case will be fixed or not, so after visiting the place physically and having a 1 to 1 session with Dr Panda, he explained me all my doubts in a very simple manner. Overall the stuff behaviour, the flagship in house equipments and most importantly the behaviour and extreme cooperation of my Dr Baishali she successfully completed all my teeth works with a very polite behaviour. Lastly: Betha ektukuo lageni and lagbeo na Thankyou all once again.

We visited the Lake Road branch (Raja Basanta Roy Road) and had a very disappointing experience. The consultation fee was ₹500, and we were asked to get an X-ray for an additional ₹300, after which the doctor simply reviewed the X-ray and explained the treatment. We were then presented with a treatment plan costing around ₹1.5 lakh, which we felt was excessively expensive. We were also asked to have our photographs taken for registration purposes. This made us uncomfortable, and we were not given a satisfactory explanation as to why the photographs were necessary. What disturbed us the most was hearing staff members discussing us outside the consultation room (near toilet area) and making comments suggesting that we would not proceed with any treatment or spend money. We found this behavior highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Patient privacy and dignity should be maintained at all times, regardless of whether they choose to proceed with treatment. Overall, the experience at the Lake Road branch (Raja Basanta Roy Road) was disappointing due to the high charges, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful behavior. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience.
