Best place in Wichita! Hands down. If you are going somewhere else you are making a poor mistake. Seriously! Jamie took care of me during my emergency extraction. They got right on it. I didnt feel any pain. All the doctors and the anesthetic people did an amazing job. They not only fixed my problem they also set me up with a plan to get my teeth right where they need to be! Thanks Wichita Family Dental!!

Had a very poor experience. Went in for an emergency situation. Paid the 300$ for X-rays. They said they would send them to us that night or in the morning because of the emergency situation. Called back to make sure they could send the X-rays that night or in the morning. They said the morning. Called back in the morning they said it would be 2 weeks now. Very unprofessional. We definitely feel like they weren’t honest with us. Took the 300$ and knew they weren’t going to send us the X-rays for 2 weeks that doesn’t help in an emergency situation.

I was searching for emergency help after Dental Corner told me they couldn’t remove my tooth after they butchered my extraction! I was in so much pain and afraid of going anywhere else, being told I still had roots left..found these beautiful apple who got me in QUICKLY! Explained my anxiety and hardship, Dr Pierson was compassionate and professional.. his assistant was amazing and caring as well! A bit pricey BUT I’ll pay for QUALITY COMPASSIONATE CARE.. any-day!! Thanks guys

I finally found a dentist office where everyone is friendly, shows genuine care, communication is amazing and explains whats going on.

I used to fear going to the dentist but since coming to Wichita Family Dental, I look forward to my dental appointments and taking care of my teeth! Dr. B is so kind and takes the time to explain everything to ensure you are comfortable. In fact, every staff member upholds a professional atmosphere while remaining exceptionally compassionate. I’m grateful to say I trust my dentist and hygienists!

I was very happy with the visit. I had a tooth extracted and a crown repaired. Jack, assuming he was the dental assistant, was great. He explained everything they were doing. Kept me updated. The dentist was very competent. The shots for the deadening medicine were probably the least painful I've ever had.

I had a tooth which needed to be looked at after it broke off while I was eating. My dental office which closed at noon on Friday informed me that I would have to drive to Wellington to be seen. I called around to other dental places hoping to be seen but to no avail. Thankfully, Wichita Family Dental was able to accommodate me. They bent over backwards to make my experience as pleasant as possible. They stayed until 6:30 P.M. to complete the necessary work. They followed up with me the following Monday and Tuesday. I was highly impressed by the excellent result and the attentive care and professionalism. Their offices are beautiful and their team works well together. I am ever so grateful that I called and came in.

GREAT visit!! I had a situation w/broken tooth & they got me in on a SAT - same day I called!! The entire staff super friendly from front desk up thru seeing dentist. I’m a bit of baby w/needles & they were very gentle w/me, talking me thru it. Mariah & Dr.P were super patient w/me espec when I had to cause them to stop a couple times in process too. So understanding & kind. I ended up needing a crown, which they did right there in office very same day!! Plus perm, not a temp that I had to go back in 2wks to finish up - awesome!! (Don’t have to miss any work Mon now either since it’s all done!! Yay!) Elizabeth did a great job on my crown & assist to Dr.P , they all got me fixed up in just couple hours. I had a really great experience with my Ashley! She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain everything they were doing and gave helpful tips for improving my dental care at home. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. My teeth have never felt cleaner—highly recommend!
