I want to thank the entire team for the amazing care they provided. Dr. Jeff Jackie was outstanding, and his assistant, Cassandra, was amazing as well. Kim was also wonderful. Honestly, the whole team was incredible, and I don’t want to leave anyone out because everyone was so professional, kind, and attentive. I’m a very picky person, but they didn’t even give me the chance to be picky because they covered everything. They made me feel comfortable and confident from the moment I walked in. Their confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend this place. Five stars without thinking twice!

Excellent doctors and staff at Willamette Dental in Salem on Lancaster. I've had chips and cavities repaired over the years with Willamette Dental and the work has been outstanding. The doctors do a great job to minimize the discomfort if you are afraid of pain.

I had a very positive experience here. I am very anxious when I go to the dentist and I have to have laughing gas to get my teeth cleaned. This time I had a horrible reaction to the gas and became very sick. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so very kind and patient with me as I navigated through my nausea. All the staff were so kind in helping me. So thank you to all who helped me that day!

I was seen by Mr. Jacky, and he listened to my experiences and needs with getting a set of teeth and chose to go the extra mile for me. He made me feel like a person worth helping. And assured me it would be okay. I appreciate him a lot. And would highly recommend him.

Willamette Dental excels at preventive care. I have worked with multiple hygienist at this location, over several years: all are thorough, and take extra steps to ensure patients are comfortable, consenting, and educated. Dr. Carlesimo has the disposition of a saint. Getting an appt is the only difficult part, but that's just because their services are in demand. Highly recommend!

This Dental office, all together, front desk, Dr., assistants, everyone is the best I have ever been too. Best location, best care, best personalities, best everything. My only complaint would be parking. I drive a full size 4 door long bed pickup. I forget about parking most the time or I would drive something smaller. Thank you to everyone there. I totally feel better every time I leave. You all help boost my confidence. Thanx again
