Dental....... no one likes it at all. Willamette Dental has been able to make the majority of my anxiety subside. I have seen the Dr there for many messed up teeth problems and she has been SUPER kind every time. I now live many miles away but still insist on going here because they treat me better than most anywhere I've ever been.
Mediocre service from dentist 2026, I gave 3 stars mainly for the hygienist-she was friendly, professional and gave excellent service! I think she should teach customer service to the rest of the office! Just because someone goes to school, gets a degree doesn't always mean they are excellent at what they do-it also takes genuine interest in people to do ANY in-person profession, you either ‘got people skills’ or you don’t; for those who want quick dental service Willamette Dental is just that.
Fantastic staff, from reception all the way up to the dentist. The hygienists do an amazing job of making you feel welcomed, calm, and comfortable. Go here if you are anxious about the dentist! Dr. Carlesimo is amazing.
I want to thank the entire team for the amazing care they provided. Dr. Jeff Jackie was outstanding, and his assistant, Cassandra, was amazing as well. Kim was also wonderful. Honestly, the whole team was incredible, and I don’t want to leave anyone out because everyone was so professional, kind, and attentive. I’m a very picky person, but they didn’t even give me the chance to be picky because they covered everything. They made me feel comfortable and confident from the moment I walked in. Their confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend this place. Five stars without thinking twice!

Excellent doctors and staff at Willamette Dental in Salem on Lancaster. I've had chips and cavities repaired over the years with Willamette Dental and the work has been outstanding. The doctors do a great job to minimize the discomfort if you are afraid of pain.
