Willamette Dental - Salem Liberty

Another great experience at Willamette Dental. I have never been disappointed.

Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, when I brought my son in to establish care here, but it was a great experience! Every member of staff was friendly and informative. The dentist, Troy was great too! My son even self initiated flossing more, he is 10 btw, after speaking with Troy. So big smiles all around!

I was nervous at first about using Willamette Dental Insurance because you don’t get to choose any dentist you want. You MUST go to a Willamette office. Now that I have been to the Liberty office I am SO glad that we came! I was greeted so kindly by Nicole and Sophie at the front desk. They helped me a ton with scheduling, clearly explaining all the details and even helped me schedule orthodontic and oral surgery appointments. It was a doozy of a job for all 5 of my family members and they made the challenge a breeze. I was able to meet everyone in the office because my entire family had their teeth cleaned. Cierra, Sam, and Olivia were so caring and helpful. They popped into the appointment to assist the hygienist and joined in our conversation like old friends, never missing a beat. Raelene and Andrew did the cleanings for myself and my family. They actually listened and took in the details for each unique family member and truly cared for us and our oral hygiene. They both adapted their conversation for each family member’s style and made us each feel accepted and confident about our smiles and teeth. They were gentle during X-rays and cleanings. My children were so happy with their cleanings that they asked when they GET to come back! Dr. Heisch was amazing too! Extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. He talked to us like we were one of his own family. Clear communication and no pressure. Accurately addressed areas of concern with care and without any feeling of sales like other dentists. It was not about what service he could get us into, his focus was about what our family needed. Thanks to this amazing staff I am now happy that we have moved to Willamette Dental and will 100% be referring my friends to do the same. There is such a great team at the Liberty office, I feel like I made some new friends. 🥰

I had an appointment within two days of contact. Hygienist Bailey was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Made it a very good experience. Both the hygienist and dentist explained things very clearly, and did excellent work. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

This was my very first experience with willamette dentistry. I’m so glad we picked this office to go to! It doesn’t have a dentist smell when you walk in. From the receptionist to the dentist we had exceptional service!! I will definitely be going back!!

My deep appreciation abounds with cheerful praise. The passing of time dulls the marching minions of mastication we all think nothing of, until,… like the brittle castles age makes of them, defending stout gastronomic battlements, they begin to fall into ruin.
