Honest and not trying to upsell like other dentist offices.
The staff are very friendly! But, the Dr. Is always rushed! He goes in and out of 5 dental rooms, attending all at once. No personal attention. As I said, I went in for the very first time for a cleaning. Dr. Williams walks in views my X-rays and tells me that that a tooth needs a crown & if I don't put a crow on it i will loose that tooth. I told him that I feel no pain or discomfort. He said do it so i dont loose that tooth.So I scheduled an appt. For a crown. 4-5 visits later he referred me to a specialist. On today's visit I told him what I thought was wrong and he replied " but you never went to dental school right?" He told receptionist to go see another specialist ( they gave me a referral slip)
Dr Williams is an exceptional dentist that I trust 100%. I think he's the best dentist in El Paso.
First time visit with at the dental office. I am glad I chose to go. The staff is very friendly and professional. Excellent time spent with cleaning and reviewing X-rays. Immediately recognized this office has state of the art equipment. Luis-dental hygienist (felt no discomfort as other places)😊 I was impressed on the knowledge Dr. Williams has on my dental and health care. God bless everyone at this office. 🙏
The staff is awesome. They are very professional. They make you feel like family there. Dr. Williams is awesome! He's very down to earth. He's very friendly, cares about his patients. I totally recommend anyone to go there. The office is very clean and nice. My appointments are always on time . I never have a problem getting appointments.
Dr. Williams repaired a crown of mine done by another dentist. Dr. Williams and his staff provided nothing short of excellent care. The night following my procedure, Dr. Williams himself called me to make sure I was okay, and was not experiencing any pain. The following morning, Dr. Williams’ staff called to check on me again. They really made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. Dr. Williams and his staff also very clean, and cautious regarding COVID precautions. My family and I have been going to Dr. Williams for 20 years and I will always recommend his office, to anyone who asks.
