New patients can usually be fit into a first-cleaning visit within a couple of weeks rather than long backlogs, and the office is set up for direct insurance billing rather than reimbursement-only paperwork. Dr kevin clauser made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected. I no longer am a patient at this practice despite all other staff being very helpful. When I had questions before my procedure, he brushed off my concerns, insisting that the pain I was experiencing was normal..before even checking my tooth to make sure everything looked okay. He made no effort to mask his nasty attitude at all. I have anxiety, and tried to let him know beforehand. He couldn't have been more dismissive and impatient for no reason . Honestly, I feel like he was purposely rougher in my mouth because he was annoyed by me. As I said, the rest of the staff was beyond nice and the dental hygienist that did my cleaning was the sweetest. If it weren't for Kevin I would love this practice.
This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and efficient. I am very happy with my new dentist!!
Excellent front office staff. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and took X-rays and did a thorough cleaning. The dentist was great and was very receptive to me. Overall lovely time.
Mixed feelings about this dental practice...sometimes thing went great, other times it was a nightmare. The one dental hygienist is great and offered more insight than the doctor did! Hard to get a hold off as they are often not properly staffed.
Everything was going okay and we had gotten back to the room all staff minus doctor and secretary were very nice and respectful. The doctor has come in to access my fiancé. After they had been done explaining I had tried to explain anout their child dental issues (that they had forgot about and did not mention). As I was trying to advocate for them I was very rudely cut off by the doctor saying “let’s listen to her I was not speaking with you” I let that go and brushed it off. After being finished I asked the secretary to cancel my upcoming appt as I found the doctor very rude for in other worlds tell me to shut up for trying to advocate for my partner. Secretary became very snappy and rude and rolled her eyes as I had walked away for not giving her my full name. (My fiancé was still standing right there and is very capable of giving my name). Overall good experience minus the doctor and secretary. Would not recommend if you like to advocate for your significant other.
