Very professional, friendly, welcoming reception. While many people might dread going to the dentist, I look forward to seeing Dr. Nelson and the staff at his practice. Itati does an excellent job as hygienist. She explains things as she works and listens, actually getting to know her patients.

As someone with a lot of dental anxiety and trauma from childhood dental work, I had such a warm, compassionate, and comfortable experience as a new patient at Nelson Dental. Extra shout out to Svet who helped me feel so calm and relaxed during the exam and cleaning.

Having worked for and with dentist for over 25 years, I have some insight in measuring a good dental provider. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a friendly manner. Each member of the team seemed to get along with others, which is an important "tell". The hygienist (Stacey) and all the staff I encountered were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every procedure was explained to me and they took time to listen to my questions. Dr. Nelson was extremely welcoming and I could instantly tell I'd found a dental practice for life! On a side note: I often get asked about chains like "Bright Now" or "Aspen." My experience tells me a private practice dental office can offer far more individualized treatment than a chain. Chain dental groups are answerable to a corporate bureaucracy and are not free to make exceptions. Thanks for the excellent care!!

For medical reasons I had to reschedule my appointment four times! The staff were so very helpful to me to find a time that worked. The staff are very professional and courteous.

Today was my first visit at Willis Dental. At my previous dentist office they had to walk me through a maze to get to the chair and the room was barely big enough for the chair and the dental hygienist. It was nice to walk in and see a modern office. The staff was very friendly and they made a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. The wait time for the dentist seemed a little long after the cleaning was completed, but he was friendly and overall it was a great experience.

I had my usual 6-month checkup and Svet was my hygienist, she is a great, careful and thorough caregiver! She is always friendly and professional. I appreciate the professional staff and caring attitude of this group.
