today I had a terrible experience at willow dental this is the second visit in a row that I was told a certain procedure was gonna be done but it wasn't and I was charged for it today was suppose to be 2 filling and a crown but only the preparation for a crown was done and I was charged the 2 fillings and a crown

I got in and was taken care of quickly with great service.

The staff were very friendly. For my appointment I did not have to wait very long. Everything was explained to me in details. I felt very comfortable and confident with the procedures. I highly recommend Willow Dental Group for you and your family.

Dr. Anderson at Willow Dental is an absolute joy to have as a dentist . He is professional, thorough, painless, and extremely personable. I have been in his care for many years, and have never had a complaint. He has pulled teeth, created dentures, done implants...all in a perfect manner. He is fast, he is on time, and he values his patients. I can't say enough about him and his staff.

This place is my first experience at the dentist as an adult on my own and they’ve been very welcoming. Procedures are explained to you in detail and I’ve learned a good deal about my teeth. The staff is very friendly plus their lobby has a lot of complimentary items like water and tea. They even gave me a welcome bag on my first visit with them!

I had an amazing experience at Willow Dental; they are truly excellent professionals. Dr. Tapia was finally able to provide a solution to my dental pain after I had visited more than 10 different doctors, including specialists, and none of them could help me. Dr. Tapia made me feel incredibly comfortable with his detailed explanation during the exam and the potential solutions he proposed. Also, his assistant was super friendly and attentive, which made a huge difference. I recommend them 10/10! Dr. Tapia, if you’re reading this, God bless you—you truly helped me! Highly recommended!

From the welcoming receptionist to the welcome bag to the coffee and beverages bar, my visit was off to a great start. Lily, the RDA spent a good amount of time going over my history. Taylor, the hygienist, was careful and thorough. Dr. Tapia took his time looking at the X-rays and scan of my mouth.. The person who checked me out took time to explain my bill. I’m glad I switched!
