Had to get a root canal. Finally I can chew without pain. Thank you!

My 13 year old daughter needed an urgent root canal. Vandan Kasar, DDS and her staff were extremely professional and worked well with us. My daughter was very nervous and scared about the procedure. My daughter said Vandan Kasar, DDS “was very gentle and kind” and “explained everything she was going to do to her before she did it”. I highly recommend this office.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Truly an amazing experience! I had to get a root canal and Zuri helped me make the appointment. I was running SUPER LATE to the appointment and it was completely my fault. To my surprise, they were able to fit me in and still complete my root canal that day. I was so grateful for their kindness and their ability to make it work. I did not expect they would be able to see me so this was an awesome surprise! Not to mention how wonderful Dr Kasar and her assistant was (i wish i could remember her name!!!). I felt so welcome and at peace with the whole procedure, I could’ve fallen asleep! Each step was explained to me throughout the process but I felt none of it! If I ever need a root canal again, (hopefully not) I will DEFINITELY be back to this office!! Thank you to their whole team for being so helpful and kind!!

Dr Kasar was so patient with me. She encouraged me to use the dental dam during my root canal which I was extremely anxious to do. She walked me through each step, answering every question I had regarding how to breathe, what to do with my tongue and letting me that the poles that kept the dam open would be placed outside my mouth not inside. It turned out to be more comfortable that I expected, but I never would have done it if she had not been so patient with me. The office personal were friendly, and knowledgeable as well. It turned out to be a much more positive experience than I expected. So far there have been no complications following my procedure.

The pre-communication with Zuri was excellent, checking with my insurance company and outlining expected costs. The offices are clean, the check in process was prompt. I was referred by my DDS for a gum fistula that resulted from chemo. The DDS, Dr Sui was very helpful and explained options as there were a several considerations. In the end, I did not begin or have a treatment done. I did appreciate that I felt dealt with honestly and compassionately and didn’t feel “up sold” for the sake of their business. Can’t speak to actual dentistry procedures, but it was a very positive experience.

Avoid this practice. We signed a contract for a complete 2 to 3 yr orthodontist treatment for my daughter. After a few months and two short visits the doctor left the practice. There was no contact from them for 3 months and then eventually they said they could not complete the treatment nor refer to a partner provider. They are also saying they will only be refunding 66% of the $4500 fee we paid.

Dr. Siu was excellent in explaining what was found and making a recommendation. Leticia was excellent as a dental technician and was very customer oriented and skilled. I forgot the name of the person who called me and checked me in but he was excellent in explaining the process and checking me in and providing me with the referral information that Dr. Siu requested. Really appreciated the parking lot space.

Dr Siu, her assistant, and the front office staff were all professional and caring. Plus, it helped that Dr Siu has small hands - definitely the least unpleasant root canal that I've ever had.

I just had an emergency root canal, and I have to say, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! The team at the office was fantastic. Both the dentist and the dental assistant were super understanding about my anxiety, and they made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. They did everything to keep it relaxing, and they got the job done like pros! I’m so grateful for their care and support – they were truly awesome!
