Extremely disappointing experience I am extremely disappointed with this practice after my daughter was referred here for NHS orthodontic treatment. The referral was accepted, only for us to subsequently be told that the waiting time for treatment is around five years. This is incredibly concerning, particularly when NHS orthodontic waiting times at other practices in the area appear to be considerably shorter — in some cases around a year. My concern is why the practice continues to accept NHS orthodontic referrals if it knows it has such a significant lack of capacity and patients are potentially going to be waiting five years for treatment. Families are being referred here believing that their child is progressing towards treatment, when in reality they could be facing an extremely long wait. If a practice does not have the capacity to provide treatment within a reasonable timeframe, surely it would be more appropriate to decline further referrals so that patients can be referred elsewhere where they may receive treatment sooner. Five years is a very long time for a child to wait for orthodontic treatment, and I feel this situation is completely unfair to families who have no choice but to rely on NHS care. I would strongly encourage parents to ask about the actual waiting time for treatment before accepting a referral to this practice. Very disappointing and, in my view, something that needs to be addressed.

Had a really good experience with this orthodontic practice have been with them for over 6 years and can definitely recommend them to others. Staff are very friendly and explain everything carefully to you and answer any questions you have. They care very much about patients results and how happy they are with the course of the treatment.
