About Windmill Family Dental

Windmill Family Dental is set on East Windmill Lane in Henderson, a practice shaped around families and around keeping dental care affordable for the whole household. Its name signals its priorities: this is an office meant to welcome children, parents, and grandparents together, with attention to budget-friendly care that helps families stay consistent with checkups and treatment over the years. Family and general dentistry sit at the heart of the practice, covering the cleanings, exams, and preventive treatment that fit patients of every age. Caring for multiple generations under one roof simplifies life for parents juggling appointments, and it lets the team build the kind of long-term relationships that come from seeing the same families return season after season along the Windmill Lane corridor in Henderson. Beyond routine care, Windmill Family Dental offers cosmetic dentistry, including teeth whitening and porcelain veneers, for patients who want to brighten or refine their smile. For those facing tooth loss, dental implants provide a durable replacement that restores natural chewing and speaking, a restorative option that pairs naturally with the practice's broader general care. Because all of these services live in one office, a patient can move from preventive visits to cosmetic or restorative work without having to start fresh somewhere else. The practice also handles emergency dentistry, so a cracked tooth, sudden ache, or other urgent problem can be addressed quickly rather than left to escalate. Combined with its affordable, family-first approach, this makes Windmill Family Dental a sensible choice for Henderson households looking for a friendly team that can look after everyone from the youngest to the oldest. Whether the need is a child's checkup, a parent's cosmetic touch-up, or an unexpected emergency, the office aims to keep quality care within reach and close to home, with familiar faces patients come to know over time. Seeing the same familiar faces across years of checkups, cleanings, and the occasional emergency is part of what makes a family practice feel less like an errand and more like a trusted part of a household's routine in this part of Henderson. Everyone is very polite and friendly, scheduling was a breeze and they’re very responsive via phone, text and email. Dr. Jackson is very attentive, she thoroughly explains the process/procedure and answers my questions so that I have a clear understanding. During my procedure i was given a local anesthetic and I’m usually pretty tense during dental visits and simply hate them but her chairs are so comfortable I kept dozing off during the procedure. Thank you all for the excellent quality of care.

I waited a very long time to write this review because I needed to come to terms with the fact that Dr. Jackson left me with permanent damage to my trigeminal nerve after extracting my wisdom teeth. Initially, I was so excited when I found her. My first few visits were amazing, and for the first time, I actually loved going to the dentist! However, during my last visit, she removed the wisdom teeth on the left side of my mouth. A couple of days after the procedure, I started experiencing excruciating pain that never went away. Dr. Jackson referred me to an endodontist, as she couldn’t figure out why I was still in pain. The endodontist found nothing wrong and sent me to an oral surgeon. After undergoing a brain MRI, I was told the wisdom tooth extraction had caused nerve damage. For over five years—and after spending thousands of dollars—I’ve been prescribed multiple drug cocktails, received acupuncture, tried herbal remedies, and more, yet I still live every single day in severe pain. My symptoms include slurred speech, an inability to eat or drink, and sometimes even difficulty talking. It’s overwhelming. This latest flare-up has lasted five days and left me bedridden for two of them. Through extensive research into trigeminal neuralgia, I now understand why it’s called the “suicide disorder.” Living with this condition feels unbearable. I reached out to Dr. Jackson, hoping she would offer some kind of help or take responsibility for what happened, but she dismissed me and took no accountability for her actions. Thank you, Dr. Jackson, for turning what should have been a routine procedure into a lifelong nightmare.

I recently found this office when my dentist closed. I’m so happy I did! Lexi is awesome and does the best cleaning job I’ve ever had. Everyone here is professional and friendly. They are fair and reasonable about their pricing too which helps so much. Highly recommend!!

I never knew loving a dentist could even be a thing. Everyone who works here is great. I will be 26 in the summer which means i will be kicked off of my parents insurance. Hopefully they'll accept my insurance once i get my own policy. The faith and trust that k have for Dr. Jackson and her staff is really unbelievable. If you go here, you'll be in good hands. My whole family approves, including my grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins!

1st impressions are everything. The staff was attentive upon my arrival and answered ALL of my ?s without looking annoyed. The paperwork was not gruesome and I love they choose a paperless option. my teen appt was scheduled for that day and the called me the day before to let me know there was a cancellation and they could see me as well. Once x-rays and pictures were taken, doc was in completing her exam. Her explanation of everything toe as the parent and my teen was thorough. Same for me. She didn't rush me out as I asked about my dental options. Now this is where they went over the top for me. The staff printed out plans for both of use. Went over our benefit info thoroughly, scheduled appointments that would be effective for both my schedule and the teen. She was simply amazing. I walked away knowing exactly how much my out of pocket expenses would be through completion of our plans for the year. And the decorum is cute.

The moment you come in, the staff is friendly and welcoming. You do not have to wait a long time to see the dentist. I must say that Tiffany is the best dentist that I have ever been to. She explains everything in detail, and she does not push you to treatment plans that you are uncomfortable with. All the staff were careful and made sure that I was aware of what was going on each step of the way and happy with my results! I would recommend this dentist office to any of my family members along with my friends any anyone else I may come across! 5 stars across the board! Thank you Windmill Dental for actually caring and taking great care of my family and I :) please keep up the great work and I will see you soon!
