Paid thousands of dollars for my son’s braces, only to be left with no retainer after the braces came off. I called week after week and got the runaround. He didn’t receive a retainer until months later, long after his teeth had time to shift. For that kind of money, a basic part of treatment shouldn’t require this much chasing. Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Went to Dr Foley to have a tongue and lip tie released for our 5 month old baby. Previously visited an ENT and the tongue tie grew back, so we consulted with Dr Foley. He is absolutely amazing. The procedure was quick, and the staff kept our baby as calm as she could be during something so scary. The aftercare instructions and follow up appointment were particularly helpful-we are so much more confident that the procedure will be successful. So many of her eating issues have already resolved! The entire staff is friendly and helpful, I absolutely recommend any parents who are dealing with tongue/lip ties at least go in for a consultation.

I just called to reschedule a missed appointment at this location. It was the first appointment for my child at this location. The receptionist said they can’t reschedule an appointment because of too many no shows. Then, the line went dead. No call back. I don’t understand how there’s too many no shows, if it was my child’s first one at this location. I used to go to the one in Amherst on Sheridan Drive and loved it for my child. They, however, do not take Medicaid and redirected me here. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I completely understand why a no show appointment is a problem, but I had an emergency come up this week, and couldn’t even explain that.
Both of my kids now have had tongue and lip ties that required correcting. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team at the Winning Smiles East Amherst location. Dr. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and engages in a respectable and compassionate way. I highly recommend Winning Smiles and Dr. Mike to anyone!

Dentist was verry rude they tried billing me $300 for treatment that they gave that was not needed due to not obtaining medical records they are rude and would not recommend them
Dr. Foley and the team always give compassionate and thorough care to my children! I always feel reassured as a parent that my kids are getting high quality care. We get in quick for appointments and always get a good laugh while we are there as well! Best pediatric dentist in the area!
