Very pleased and happy with my visit

Years ago I ended up at this practice because the dentist I was going to at the time got upset with me because I questioned a repair he did. I searched around and ended up finding Dr Beth Taylor at Winston Smiles Dentistry. She fixed the problem and was gracious to boot. Recently I made an appointment and because I'm new to Medicare, Dr Taylor's receptionist Jennifer was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in trying to help me see if I actually had coverage there. It turns out I did not, but it also helped me in deciding to change my Medicare coverage. Because I was blessed enough to still be in the window, and had the ability to change my coverage. So today I had a regular follow-up visit for teeth cleaning, Etc and everyone was wonderful Dr Taylor, her staff, and Jennifer..anytime I've ever come here, I've gotten great service and they've always been very kind. Thank you so much ladies for the beautiful smile. Kindness truly does make a difference.

I love coming here. Dr Hedrick does amazing work. the dental assistants are always happy and positive. The hygienists are always in a good mood. Front desk is always a pleasure to speak with. Appointments are easily available. I switched dental insurances and they’re out of network for me. I love them so much, i dont care. i’ll pay extra because I know im in good hands with this office. i’ve never had a single complaint.

I had a break in my denture and I needed an emergency repair. I wasn’t an existing patient and they still saw me with an hour of calling. The staff is so nice and very professional. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone longer for a great dentist.

Dr. Hendrix and his receptionist, Miss Marita are absolutely amazing. I feel like part of the family anytime I walk in this dentist office. I’ve had bad experiences with other places, but this place is completely outstanding. If you’re looking for someone To treat you like a person and not just the number this is the best dental office! I actually enjoy going to the dentist! They explain everything! Just the best hands down!!

Beyond excited to have found an amazing new dentist office! I called on Monday to get a new patient appointment. Not only were they able to get me in the same week (Thursday) but they also did an amazing teeth cleaning (thank you to the hygienist). Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. Dr. Stowe is AWESOME! Very kind and honest. I really appreciate having a real dentist that cares and isn't in the business of just taking my money. Overall great experience and so happy I found a new dentist!!

Dr Taylor was amazing! Her assistant Cynthia also was great! They made me feel very comfortable and I felt no pain. They were compassionate and very nice. Also the receptionist Jennifer s known as cheesey was very nice and compassionate and got me in as soon as she could even though the time was running short she showed that she cares. I would definitely recommend going to Winston Smiles Dentistry I will definitely make this my neighborhood dentist ❤️
