Had a tooth problem and was seen right away and fixed right away

They asked me to change my appointement time and I came at the new time, then they had me waiting for more than 45 minutes without any news sitting inside the room. Any heads up would have been nice, just because I was distracted with my phone I didnt realize that time had passed, and when I asked, they told me it was still going to take more than 10 min. Totally unserious and careless with other people's time, next time that works for an appointement almost an entire month away, just walked out.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this dental clinic handles billing and customer service. I brought my children in for treatment, and before leaving the clinic, I specifically confirmed multiple times that all services were fully covered by our insurance and that there were no outstanding balances. We were told everything was paid in full. Six months later, my husband was unexpectedly charged approximately $400 for services that were never clearly discussed or approved during the initial appointments. These extra charges appeared long after the treatments were completed, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. What is even more frustrating is that management showed no interest in resolving the issue or taking responsibility. There was no transparency, no proper explanation, and absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. Patients should be very careful when dealing with this clinic because you may end up being charged additional fees months later for services you were never informed about. In my opinion, these billing practices feel deceptive and misleading. Due to this experience, I will be contacting the appropriate authorities and consumer protection officials to report these questionable billing practices and protect other families from going through the same situation.

Absolutely loving my Invisalign journey! The staff are always so welcoming, professional, and make every appointment feel comfortable and easy. Everything is explained clearly, and they genuinely care about their patients and results. I’ve already noticed such a difference in my smile and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Very very good care of the 90 year old senior I take care of. Even though she can’t move to a chair or sit up properly or hold her head well. Her teeth are super clean and addressing some cavity issues. Very pleased

There were a few communication issues during my visit on December 1st that I think are important for future patients to know. I wasn’t informed that my appointment would only include an X-ray and a short discussion, which came to $200. I also wasn’t advised ahead of time that the dentist I was booked with wouldn’t be able to work on a filling that had previously been done at the same office. Since I already knew the filling needed to be replaced, clearer communication about what the appointment would cover and who could perform the work would have been helpful. Transparency around services and costs can make a big difference for patients. Since this last appointment used all of my remaining insurance for the year. I have since switched to another dental office, where my examination fee was waived and the filling was discounted, which I appreciated. I’ve had issues here before. X-Rays being pushed on me without prior knowledge. Booking me for future cleanings before I confirmed. Sending future appointments to my insurance without my acknowledgement. Being told I’ve being lacking on scheduling my appointments when I come regularly. Since I first joined 5-6 years ago, this office was starting feeling less customer focused. When I first came they were fantastic, super friendly, and cared. I feel like it’s lost that. Update: This office is refusing to release the dental pictures taken during my September 30th appointment to my new dentist. I spent 15–20 minutes having x-rays completed, but they are now claiming no images exist. It appears the records were either deleted or are being withheld without explanation.

I have been a patient of this excellent dental practice for almost three decades. Indeed, I had the pleasure of teaching both Dr Lin and the current owner Dr Shinde in my role of Professor of Pharmacology at The University of Western Ontario... thus I expected excellence and have never been disappointed. I recall that Dr. Lin would always require that all his colleagues and employees familiarize themselves with the dental text on drug interactions that I had him use at University. And, indeed, I believe Dr Shinde is much more knowledgeable about dental pharmaceuticals than has his auld prof.after my 30 years of retirement! Folks, a unique form of "relaxation" is not simply through the use of any necessary medication, nor just the professional calming skills of the practitioners.. it is enhanced buy nature. Allow me to explain, I advisethat Dr. Lin designed and built this unique dental office backing onto a woodland scene where deer, wild grouse and colourful birds feed from the fodder the Practice, lovingly, supply. Many times one is ushered into rhe rear clinic rooms to witness such a picturesque panorama not found in many places designed for professional Dentistry. Oh yes, apart from my romancing the views,, allow me record that I have always been impressed by all experts at Wonderland Dentistry Dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and administrative staff. Having had major dental requirements over my time with them, I am alway pleased with their ongoing care... . and in particular, the prompt attention to emergencies. Dr Shinde, recently saw me immediately in the morning. after the, during the night, failure of a three tooth bridge. Don't ever eat melba toast in bed. . Following preparatory emergency endodontic treatment, he then referred me to a very qualified periodontist, who did the necessary surgery to enable the placement of a new bridge. I always applaud a person who make appropriate referrals. In closing, I have also always believed that any facility can only run well if paients feel welcome. Wonderland Dentistry has always employed such personnel. I am happy to acknowledge that dear Melissa, who met me at 8am this morning has exemplary skill and empathy.. and she does this without having a window overlooking the natural habitat of North London. Please, admire the skills provided by long undergraduate and postgraduate training.. and be nice to your own dentist even those without a view. The staff is very friendly. They always make sure I receive all the necessary information and thoroughly explain every procedure. They are very patient with children and create a welcoming and comfortable environment for care.

This dental office is the sweetest community. They welcomed my autistic son with open arms and made a point to make his independence known! He was able to sit in the room on his own and visit with dentist while watching peppa pig. Front desk staff are lovely !
