I always appreciate the services received here for my oral care. Today I had a filling done and it went very smoothly. This was the first time I had a doctor use a mouth prop which made it an even better experience because I didn’t have to consciously keep my mouth open. Dr. Grajales also said if it was uncomfortable I didn’t have to have it in my mouth. This was probably the easiest filling I had ever had done. Everyone is very friendly. I really like the dental hygienist, Kassie, as well. My teeth cleanings always feel thorough and well done. I actually look forward to them! Thank you!

I have been going to Wrigleyville dental for years now and can say this is the best dental office in the Chicagoland area. Most recently I’ve gone to the office for a cleaning, FMX, and a crown and have to say that the experience remains one of the best even after the change of ownership. The front desk is very welcoming and the wait was almost nonexistent. The cleaning with Kasie was amazing, I love feeling how clean my teeth are after we’re finished and she was also extremely helpful explaining a lot and teaching me about my oral hygiene and health. I was happy to still see Dr.Teplitsky when she gave me my exam and teach me about methods on how to reverse some of my small cavities as well as diet changes that can help. Later on I had my crown done by Dr. Grajales and she did it wonderfully, it feels so great to have a crown that fits perfectly and I’ll even say that I prefer my crown over my past tooth just because it feels so natural and was done so well. I was also able to meet the new owner Dr. Isabel and she is the sweetest person ever, I’m happy to see that my go to office is still in great hands.

I went to Wrigleyville Dental several times. While I love the dentists there, the front office is terrible. Starting with being super nonchalant (and uncaring) about a $14k quote I got, she basically gave me a brochure and told me good luck. The final straw was I called for an emergency appointment due to what I later learned was an infected tooth. The front office said they would check to see if I could get in that day or the next. No return call. I called a week later and was hardly acknowledged. I let them know my thoughts, hung up and found a fantastic dentist that got me in that day. A root canal and crown later, I have a new dentist! It’s too bad. I’m not sure the owner is aware. I would have let her know myself, but no one has reached out since, regarding my tooth or their lost customer.

I appreciated the time that the Hygienist, Anna gave with thorough information and painless cleaning technique. Dr. T's thoroughness and genuine concern about my teeth was appreciated as well. The front desk was courteous and professional.

I was really happy to find a holistic dentist in Chicago, and while my teeth are in great condition I was told I needed one filling. The woman who took over the practice did the procedure a year and a half ago, and to this day I still have so much sensitivity. Sometimes hurts to floss, but lots of pain when I chew on that side. Not sure of any other holistic options in Chi but this place, I would avoid.

My 7-year old daughter had an x-ray and filling done on a pretty large cavity. The nurse and the doctor were excellent at explaining everything to her before they did anything. They also gave us the price upfront before beginning the procedure.
