About Yonkers Dental Implants Center
Park Avenue climbs away from Getty Square and the Hudson waterfront, and the ground-floor office at number 169 sits close enough to downtown Yonkers that patients arriving by bus or on foot can reach it without a parking search. The practice presents itself as a multi-specialty group rather than a solo general office: surgical placement, restorative work and adult orthodontics are handled under one roof, by different clinicians sharing the same operatories and the same patient records.
Implant work is why most people find this address, and having the surgical and restorative sides in one building changes how the sequence runs. A surgeon sets the titanium fixture into the jaw and manages the gum and bone around it; a restorative dentist takes over months later to design and seat the crown. Where the ridge has thinned after a long-missing tooth, the same team handles bone grafting to rebuild width, or a sinus lift in the upper back jaw, where the sinus floor tends to drop into the space a molar root used to occupy. Keeping both halves in one place removes the referral gap where scans, records and responsibility get handed between offices.
Beyond surgery the office covers routine family dentistry, root canals, crowns, bridges, veneers and dentures, and it provides Invisalign for adults who want alignment corrected before restorative work is finalized. 3D scanning is used for diagnosis and implant planning. The timetable is unusually wide for a specialist-leaning practice: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday run until eight in the evening, Monday and Friday close at five, and Saturday is open from nine until three.
Be realistic about cost and timing. A single implant, graft and crown is not one appointment; healing between placement and restoration is usually measured in months, and the total depends on bone volume, whether grafting is required and which crown material you choose. Ask for a written phase-by-phase estimate at consultation rather than a single headline number. Full-arch cases are a separate conversation again, priced per jaw and driven by how many implants the bridge sits on and what that bridge is made from. Where two offices quote numbers far apart, the gap is almost always scope rather than quality, and the only way to see it is to have both quotes broken into stages.
A ground-floor practice at 169 Park Avenue in Getty Square, Yonkers, run as a multi-specialty group rather than a solo office. Implant placement, bone grafting and sinus lifts are handled alongside the restorative work that finishes them, with crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, root canals, Invisalign and general family care also covered, and 3D scanning used for implant planning. Midweek clinics run to 8 p.m., Monday and Friday close at five, and Saturday is open nine to three.

I’ve called in total 5 times and left 1 message to give me a call back and I never heard back from them. I’m a long time patient and this never used to happen. They must not have any one at the desk or something because this is ridiculous.
I totally recommend it! I love my dentist ! Dr. Natalie ... She is professional easy going and super kind ... She helped me a lot in the last two years ... I rarely went to the dentist out of anxiety ... But Dr. Natalie and the stall were very reassuring and excellent at dentistry ! I have had several procedures with minimal to no pain ... Thank you to all the staff and my fav new dentist !
Given you come on time for your appointment, its a very fast pact environment. Not much of a wait, if any at all it is appropriate to the volume of patients. Great service.
I’ve been coming to park ave smiles for approx 3 years now. Once I sign in for my appointment they call me in the room right away, even when they are busy they try to put you in a room within 15 mins after your arrival. Everyone is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean. My Dr. is Natalie, She explains everything before doing any procedure and asks me if I’m ok while she’s doing anything to my teeth. I did my Invisalign as well as 2 veneers and I couldn’t be happier with my smile. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Farzin and his assistant Marggy are both wonderful individuals. I went to the dentist office for my usual cleaning and met with Dr. Farzin who introduced me to the invisalign. He has me now showing off my beautiful smile. I would recommend any and everyone to his office. I can't forget about the staff at the front desk Gladys and Natasha they are awesome!
Staff was professional, pleasant and courteous. I had to bring my 1-year-old daughter and although the venue isn’t stroller friendly, the staff was helpful and accommodating; even watched my daughter behind the front desk while I was having my x-rays. Service was quick and I felt my doctor and all of his support staff were very knowledgeable, open and confident in the services they provided. Office and waiting rooms were immaculate. When I got to the dental chair I was surprised that the chair was actually massaging! 5-Star experience all around; I would definitely recommend this place for routine or special dental appointments.
