Great service

I am very disappointed with my experience at Yorkshire Dental Suite. My composite bonding chipped twice within a very short period, requiring multiple repair appointments and repeated travel from Derbyshire. Although the practice initially tried to resolve the issues, I remain unhappy with the final cosmetic result, which is noticeably different from the original appearance. The most disappointing part was the complaint handling. After initially responding, the practice stopped replying to my emails altogether, leaving me with no option but to escalate my complaint to the Dental Complaints Service.

What a fantastic experience here - everyone is so friendly, non-judgmental and just lovely. Thank you to George, Sonya and Dr Majed who I saw today. Can highly recommend.

I had a great experience at YDS from start to finish. A huge thank you to Bethany and Danielle on reception for always being so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made every visit easy and stress-free. A special thanks as well to George, the treatment coordinator, who took the time to explain everything clearly and helped both me and my girlfriend get started with our aligners. The whole process was smooth, professional, and we felt looked after throughout. I’d highly recommend YDS to anyone considering aligners or dental treatment. Thanks again to the whole team!

I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received from Dr Shaheer. He did an excellent job treating a failed root canal that had been done years ago, and he was able to save my tooth. The entire process was smooth, and I felt well cared for throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a root canal, especially for complex or challenging cases. The whole team was brilliant—friendly, helpful, and highly professional. Thank you all for the excellent care.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr Mahesh Popat at the Yorkshire Dental Suite, Leeds. After the initial assessment, I have now had three visits to complete the treatment which included four porcelain crowns and full composite bonding. Dr Popat was very professional and the whole procedure was very gentle. The end results are superb. A special mention to Dr Popat’s excellent assistant and also to the reception staff who were all brilliant from start to finish. Thank you everyone from a delighted customer.

My Morale regarding dental work was extremely low so I took up the courage to come to this fantastic suite for "Teeth In A Day" Dr Dalghous Khatteja,Hana,Akram & Abdelaziz was an absolutely fantastic team!! If you ever feel in a similar situation do not hesitate to come here!!!!

Great place everyone was super friendly. DR Lee was very easy going and relaxed dentist who explained things with great clarity . Left feeling super confident and at ease. Mathew also spent time to explain the treatment and payment option also. There was no pressure at all just a friendly relaxed environment. The girls on the desk were awesome also. Just completed my treatment and I’m super pleased with the results .Dr Lee worked his magic on my front teeth. I wanted a uniform natural look to my front teeth and that’s what I’ve got now . I no longer have smile anxiety! A lot of work goes into the treatment that you don’t realise. All to ensure precision and that perfect smile . I’m so happy and grateful to you all.
