We had a great experience! Dr. Young was very patient and gentle with my two young kids! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I was able to have both my kids’ appointment done together in the same room and that was very convenient! My girls have been patrons at this pediatric dentistry since 2010 and we absolutely love everything about it. I have been to the Steel Creek location and now the University. They have very clean, bright colorful and inviting scenery for the kids and the staff is phenomenal. The service has always been wonderful. I enjoy going and interacting with front desk and staff members every time I go! It is like family! You should definitely go!

From the moment we walked in, he was very attentive to each of their individual needs and treated them with the utmost respect. He showed so much patience with my daughter and took the time to make sure she felt comfortable and cared for. That meant more to me than I can even express. What truly stood out was how he connected with my son—he noticed he wanted to play, took the time to sit with him, and even shared helpful ideas with me as a parent. That kind of genuine care is rare. We live pretty far away, but I will gladly make that drive every six months without hesitation. My first experience with this dental office was fantastic. The check in process was a breeze, after having filled out all the forms online. The front desk staff was friendly. Booking an appointment for both my kids at one time was no issue, except that i couldn't be in two places at once, but both kids were in my sight the entire time. The dental assistants were great with my kids and Dr Young was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the reasonings for his recommendations and didn't put any pressure on me to make any decisions, which is something i really appreciate. My kids also had a positive experience, so i don't believe there will be any issues when they have their next appointment. I also appreciated the text message reminders

Doctor Young was phenomenal!!! Providing dental services for a 2 year old's first visit is imaginably not easy. Doctor Young was so patient, helpful and even playful with my son he truly handled him with care. My son was laughing and didn't want to leave the office once everything was completed even ease.
