I had a great experience at this office. It had been a while since my last visit after having my child, so I was surprised that Dr. Mona still remembered me. She was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.Dr. Sheila was also incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to it felt like talking to a friend. I really appreciated how she explained the things I should be doing to improve and maintain my dental health without any pressure or pushing unnecessary treatments.The assistants and staff were all friendly, welcoming, and professional as well, which made the entire visit a positive experience from start to finish. I felt genuinely cared for and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dental team. 😊

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Sheila Dobee and her entire team in Fremont. I have been a patient of Dr. Dobee’s for over 15 years, and over that time I have developed not only trust in her as my dentist, but a genuine appreciation for who she is as a person. We’ve always had heartfelt conversations, and one thing I love most is that after all these years she has remained exactly the same — kind, compassionate, genuine, and someone who truly cares about her patients. Dr. Dobee has always been known for thinking outside the box and putting her patients first, so when my boyfriend unexpectedly fractured his front tooth around 10 PM one night, I immediately knew who to call. Even knowing we would likely be cash paying rather than using insurance, I had complete confidence that she would help us navigate the situation and find the best possible outcome. Despite it being late on a Friday night, Dr. Dobee responded right away after I texted her and sent photos. Shortly after, Dinesh, the office manager, contacted us and scheduled my boyfriend to be seen first thing the next morning. From the moment we walked in, we felt like family. Dr. Hawari was compassionate, reassuring, and focused on finding solutions. He performed a composite build-up on my boyfriend’s front tooth that looked incredible, but when he suspected there could be a root fracture, he immediately shifted directions because he wanted to make sure the treatment plan was right. We were then referred to Dr. Frankie, who was one of the most down-to-earth and empathetic doctors we’ve met. He immediately made my boyfriend feel comfortable during such a stressful situation. What really stood out was when he said he would never do anything to my boyfriend that he wouldn’t do for his own mother or family. That meant a lot because it showed genuine care and integrity. Dr. Frankie later consulted with Dr. AC, who had already completed a full workday but still stayed late to review everything and help create the best treatment plan possible. Watching everyone work together to save my boyfriend’s natural tooth instead of rushing into extraction was truly incredible. What stood out most throughout this experience was that every single person involved felt like a real person first and not just a doctor. My boyfriend’s insurance was not great and we were paying cash, but not once did we feel treated differently. This could have been a devastating situation considering it involved a front tooth and such an important cosmetic area, but they made the process smooth, reassuring, and manageable. Thank you Dr. Dobee, Dinesh, Dr. Hawari, Dr. Frankie, Dr. AC, and the entire team for your compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care. My boyfriend already says this will now be his dental office too, and I completely understand why. I cannot recommend them enough.

Go here for my regular cleanings and have been loving it for its modern equipment and super helpful staff! Also did Invisalign with Dr. Dobee and I had a great experience with her expert guidance.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mona! She did a beautiful job on my composite bonding, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly caring, gentle, and took her time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Most importantly, she made sure I loved every detail before finishing. I have been fearful of going to the dentist my whole life. I was recommended to Dr Sheila by a family member and I put my fear behind me and went in. Walking into the office was very warming and had a comforting feeling. Front desk staff was super nice and made you feel better about being there. Dr Sheila is great, shes communicative, comforting, gives you the best service and handles with care and ease. I have been going to The Caring Dentist since moving to the East Bay in 2018. From past experiences at other dental offices, i was always a bit nervous with dental procedures because it seemed like they weren’t very gentle or sensitive to my pain. All the Dentists that I’ve seen here have been amazing. Although some of the staff has recently changed, the entire staff is welcoming, compassionate, and efficient. My dentist is Dr. Hawari who has such excellent bedside care. He takes his time to explain your diagnosis and treatment making me feel so much more comfortable.He is thorough, caring, gentle, and an expert in his profession. Even though he is available only on Saturdays now, I’m glad he’s still there. He recommended Dr. Moavenaian as the periodontist to check my gums and she did a great job with my procedure. I still see her as a follow up just to stay on top of things. I also have been seeing Dr.Dobee for my Invisalign and she is very kind, professional, and available when needed right away. Today I saw Dr. Mona for an old filling that chipped off. She as well was professional and took care of the issue quickly and gently. I felt at ease as she explained the process every step of the way. The Caring Dentist and all the staff are very cordial in their approach and skilled at their work. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visits. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Thank you!

We found Dr. Dobee through friends when my daughter was 3, and she is 14 now, so we’ve been going there for years. Dr. Dobee and the whole team are wonderful. They were so good with my kids from the beginning that I ended up switching and making Dr. Dobee my dentist too. The office is comfortable, scheduling is easy, and everyone is friendly. Dr. Dobee is gentle, thorough, and great at explaining what’s going on. I’d highly recommend this office, especially for families with children.
