I had a great experience at Zak Dental! I had my two upper wisdom teeth removed, and after having a bad experience getting my two lower wisdom teeth removed at a different dental office in Bixby Knolls, I was nervous. Zak Dental was amazing! They spent more time administering the anesthesia than they did removing my wisdom teeth it took less than 10 minutes, and I didn’t feel anything. Thank you, Zak Dental, for making the experience quick, comfortable, and stress-free!

The staff was friendly which I appreciated but, I was disappointed with my overall experience. My appointment turned out to be virtual, and I was not made aware of that beforehand. Then I waited over 30 minutes without being seen. Unfortunately, I had another appointment scheduled and could not continue waiting, so I had to leave before I was ever seen by the provider. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication and extended wait time made me feel like my time was not respected. Better communication about the appointment format and more consideration for patients schedules would greatly improve the experience.

I've been going to Zak Dental for 3 years now, and recently I had a dental emergency and came here again. Everyone was so kind, attentive, respectful, and professional. They helped me the same day I came in. I'm very thankful for Zak Dental! I definitely recommend them!

I always receive great service at Zak Dental Long Beach. Just recently, I picked up my partial after being repaired. It was an easy process. Dr. Toosi and his team are friendly and helpful; always ready to listen to your concerns. If you live in the the area, I highly recommend this place.

This is the first time in a million years that I have encountered the luxury of experiencing the highest quality of dental performance. The transparency was an A+. The degree of professionalism was beyond an A+ and the procedures were beyond the human concept of words. From the entry point I felt this was home, due to the sense of welcoming, and I highly recommend anyone who is seeking dental treatment to not overlook this jewel, for if you are seeking quality, these are the people who can certainly afford you that.

What a wonderful experience! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Very different from my experience from the clinic in Valencia. Marilyn is such a wonderful tech and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Tossie was also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Tabitha did my temporary tooth feeting and was just as gentle as the rest of the staff. I made the right decision of coming here for crown.
