The process was quick and smooth. Dr. Nina Carpenter was amazing. The hygenists were very professional and great at their work! The consideration they showed me was off the charts. They managed to squeeze my two visits within the next two weeks so that I can use my insurance before they go out of network. Always go to health professionals and their team, like them, who strive to make their patients' lives easier

I had an amazing visit today! I cannot say enough nice and positive things about this dental office. It is truly one of a kind. The atmosphere, friendly staff, cleanliness, compassionate patient care- everything about this office is top tier. If you're looking for a dental office in the city, look no further because this is the absolute best one. I'd give it 100 stars if I could. Tysm to such a trustworthy and special team!!!

Love coming here! The dentists and hygienists are fantastic. The space is very clean and I love the extra touches that make you feel welcome (water, massage chairs, eye masks…).

I was a patient here for the past 4 years and loved it. The entire staff does their best to make sure you feel comfortable during your appointment and honestly feels like a spa appointment than dental one -- offering eye masks, headphones to watch Netflix, massage chair turned on, and water. When it comes to cleanings, the hygienists are super thorough and have a light touch when it comes to prompting you to move different positions to clean your teeth. Dentists here are super informative, offering answers to what may seem like dumb questions, and it doesn't feel like they're pressuring you into purchasing anything. Unfortunately, I got a new dental insurance so had to find another dentistry that matches. However, I will definitely jump straight back to Zen Dental if my insurance ever does match up!

I’ve been a patient here for a little more than a year, and I love it. The front desk staff is so kind and their Nexhealth system made verifying insurance eligibility super fast from their website. I’ve had 4 appointments in a year (3 for perio maintenance after 5 years of no dental work) and 1 cavity fill. Each time I’ve had different hygienist who all are so thorough and want to make sure I am comfortable & am getting the care I need. My dentist, Dr. Pokhrel, is amazing and does such a thorough job discussing my plan and hearing my concerns. On top of that, Zen prioritizes a comfortable experience. From water at the front desk to a dental chair that does low level message to offering to turn on netflix if you need a distraction to heated/scented eye masks if you want to just zone out. They’ve been very intentional in crafting a space where the dentist isn’t scary or cold. Highly recommend!

They are they best dental office I've been to. They are superb. The visit feels like a visit at a spa, which is probably what they are aiming for given the business name "Zen". You get a heated face masks while they clean your teeth. They are very thorough and explain every step to make sure you are well informed and know what to expect. Unfortunately my current insurance Delta Dental is out of network so I won't be visiting Zen Dental anytime soon. But if you're in network, this should be your dentist, nobody else! It's not even a debate.

I’m so glad I happened to be walking by Zen Dental and went in to check it out when I was searching for a new dentist. I had had a couple unpleasant dentist experiences with high-pressure salesman-like dentists, and another who just did expensive, sloppy work. I’ve had really excellent, dental-health-forward experiences with Dr. Pokhrel and the entire staff. The Zen part isn’t just the heated lavender eye mask [!] and massage chair [!!!] during the procedures, it’s the whole vibe. Every process is discussed with me thoroughly beforehand, regarding both the procedure and the cost. Their technology game is top notch: they use a lot of photography to show me exactly what’s going on with my teeth and the suggested plan. Dr. Pokhrel, in a short amount of time, has made an effort to get to know me and connect. It’s all very reassuring. And she’s kind to her attending hygienists, which is not a given in my experience, and important to me. The work I’ve had done—cleanings, two fillings, a crown replacement, and gum disease treatment—have all been painless, thorough, and unproblematic. Going to the dentist is no longer something I dread.

been going to zen dental for 4 years and I absolutely love them. the staff is so kind and knowledgeable, their chairs are massage chairs (wild), you can get a heated lavender eye mask, and if you have to have a filling you get headphones and they let you watch whatever you want on Netflix! plus they give you a goody bag when you leave with a free 2 week supply of cocofloss!! cannot recommend this place enough, really changing the perception of dental offices!
