The Canada Life Assurance Company is a Canadian life and health insurer and a subsidiary of Great-West Lifeco, itself part of the Power Corporation group. On 1 January 2020 it became the single company formed by the amalgamation of Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life, and it now operates in Canada, the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Germany and, through Irish Life, Ireland. In Canada it underwrites group employee benefit plans and individual health and dental plans, including dental benefits for employers and their plan members.
