Its dental plans are underwritten by Dominion Dental Services, Inc., while Dominion Dental Services USA, Inc. is a licensed administrator of dental and vision benefits. It offers PPO, ePPO and select dental plans plus vision coverage, and separately markets discount programs, which are not insurance. It operates in the mid-Atlantic and several other states, including Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, Connecticut, North Carolina and Arizona.
